"Location was great - 5mins walk to supermarket; 10-15mins walk to town centre of Canmore. We did check in and out via the link they sent us so we didn't meet any staffs - feels more like airbnb👍🏽 Room was clean and has everything it stated on trip.com. We can hear sounds from upper level when they walk/anyone stairs up - it didn't bother us as it usually happened during daytime when staffs were doing housekeeping. We will definitely be back to stay again💯"

"The hotel is in a great location, right on Banff Avenue. The bus to the Banff Gondola and Lake Louise is near the hotel, and the transportation is convenient. "Our room was a little dated, but for the most part, it was very good. The fireplace made it that much better. If you wanted to use the stairs instead of the elevator, it was a little tricky. The staff were very nice. The only thing I was displeased with, was not being able to get any refund. We had to leave after our 2nd night of a 5 night stay. I understand that the hotel had every right not to grant the request, but even a refund for one of the three remaining nights would have been appreciated."

"The stay was very pleasant, we especially appreciated the comfy bed and great puffed pillows! I am a sensitive sleeper so good pillows mean a lot. The shower pressure is quite strong, like a water massage, which was nice. The room was extremely clean and included all the necessities. The only thing I would be cautious about is the conditioning system, we turned it on and nearly froze. Could have been a user error, so if you’re not sure if you’re using it correctly, ask for help, otherwise you may wake up in a freezer."
