Maison Carla Rosa Cannes

A beautifully designed apartment, stylish and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen and large enough terrace for loungers and a table. The wine, soft drinks and fruit platter were much appreciated. Location is excellent and local amenities (bakery, supermarket etc) great. Just a short walk to the Croisette. A delightful stay. Alain and his team took such good care of us.

Fabulous hotel in a great location so clean and so nice

Outside there is a beautiful, picturesque Instagram perfect pool and landscaping has been done Wes Anderson style. Stylish interior, comfortable bed, huge basket of fruit when you arrive, stocked fridge with complimentary soft drinks and bottle of rose. Very clean. However sound proofing is poor and as the apartment is not manned by staff your relaxation is dependant on the behaviour of your other guests. We stayed for four nights, two I was woken up at 2am by other apartments guests returning loudly from a night out. There is a large echoey shared hallway and the headboard of the bed is right next to the door. Not very peaceful, very broken sleep and not what you expect for the price. Would not return and could not recommend.

Magnifique appartement en rez-de-chaussée entièrement climatisé et très bien équipé - Alain, le propriétaire, nous a accueilli et préparé une corbeille de fruits (délicieux) ainsi qu’une bouteille de vin et divers rafraîchissements, qui ont été très appréciés - une superbe salle de bain propose douche italienne et baignoire. Des serviettes et des peignoirs sont à disposition . Deux belles chambres (clim et literie impeccable). Un salon cuisine et un petit jardin qui permet de prendre le petit déjeuner en extérieur et le soleil sur un des transats. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Les serviettes sont remplacées tous les deux jours. Alain et son équipe sont à l’écoute et très réactifs . La piscine permet de se détendre à tout moment. La villa est à quelques minutes de la Croisette . Des commerces (boucherie, boulangerie , petite surface , pharmacie etc) sont à quelques centaines de mètres.. idéalement situé je recommande cette adresse

My family of three traveled from New York to Cannes for the Lions Festival of Creativity, and staying at Maison Carla Rosa made our first trip to the French Riviera unforgettable. We chose Maison Carla Rosa from the pictures and reviews. We were hoping to find an old world feel with modern appointments, and if anything it was more beautiful than anticipated. From the moment we arrived, the owner and team made us feel incredibly welcome. They went above and beyond with personal touches, such as a beautiful arrangement of fresh fruit and bottles of all we would need to get started including soft drinks and water, as well as bath and pool monogrammed towels that added a luxurious feel. The pool area is stunning. It is well-curated with lush greenery and comfortable loungers, creating a perfect oasis for relaxation. Spending time there at the start or end of a busy day was perfect. The common areas are immaculate, with clean white spaces. Every detail is meticulously maintained, offering a perfect blend of modern chic and timeless elegance. On our one day of rain, umbrellas could be found waiting in the lobby area. Maison Carla Rosa’s location is another major plus. It’s just a short walk to the Promenade de la Croisette where much of the action. It was perfect to be close to Cannes’ best dining, shopping, and entertainment options. In short, Maison Carla Rosa offers a beautiful pool area, pristine common spaces, great rooms, and convenience. The attentive owner and team made our stay special with their thoughtful touches. We highly recommend this gem in Cannes.

I was here for work and stayed during the hectic Cannes Film Festival in May 2024. Maison Carla Rosa was a haven, a true oasis of calm and felt like returning to a sanctuary after busy days. I stayed for 5 nights in room 8. On arrival there was an enormous fresh fruit platter, some crisps and nuts and and a bottle of local rosé wine on ice waiting for me which was thoughtful and kind. There was a big terrace to relax or read in and its quiet and peaceful. The room and bathroom were super clean the cleaners were really nice and friendly. The bathroom had fluffy shower towel, robe and slippers and pool towels. The shower which had a great walk in shower and a separate enormous bath with nice Nuxe shower and shampoo products which was a nice touch. Every morning I would walk 3 mins to the excellent bakery for croissant and coffee from the Italian deli as the hotel does not have any services but actually it was really refreshing and a couple of times I had a great Deliveroo on my terrace. It was nice to be in a low key hotel that didn't have tons of staff buzzing around and it felty more homely. The hotel has beautiful gardens and views from the terrace and a delightful heated pool that I managed to have a few dips in. Its also a 10 min walk to the beach and the Croisette. I loved staying here and this is a true gem, the attention to detail and design is evident and its chic and unpretentious and reminds me of a mini Beverly Hills Hotel by the pool area. Its super cute and I felt safe and happy and relaxed here and it was great for work with high speed wifi and ease go getting about Cannes. This isn't cheap but you are getting a unique experience in a beautiful design setting and I thoroughly recommend. I look forward to returning.
