My daughter is currently at this hotel. She checked in yesterday and let me tell you, this is the most incompetent staff I have ever seen in my life. Instead of charging one night, which is customary, they charged her entire stay ahead of time on her Debit Card and is now going to have overdraft fees in the $100's of Dollars. I filled out and sent them a credit card authorization for her entire stay, but they then continued to put another authorization on her card for incidentals after they charged her for the entire stay on her debit card. They could care less. I worked for Marriott for 15 years and have been in the hotel industry for 35+ years and have never seen anything like this in my life. I have been a full Service General Manager for 400+ room properties and this is the most uncaring group of people I have ever seen. Whatever franchise runs this property needs to rethink the managers here. Customer care is not that difficult. This needs to be taken care of immediately.
