An excellent property- accurate listing, incredibly clean space that appears to be newly renovated and a perfect fenced in backyard for pets. Had all of the amenities needed and a close walk to Short Sands. We will definitely be back!

This rental was great,very accurate listing details. It was clean,modern and nicely decorated. Very walkable to downtown and short sands beach, and longer but doable walk to the lighthouse. The dogs loved the fenced yard. We would definitely rent again!

You will want to go back!
The photos of this property are beautiful, but wait until you see it in person!! It was perfect for our family of four and our two dogs. They loved the fenced in yard. Not only is this home beautiful and clean, it is so close to everywhere you want/need to go. An easy walk to Short Sands Beach, all the sweet little shops, great restaurants, and York Zoo. Also a short drive to Hannaford for all your grocery needs. Camille was super friendly and very prompt with responding to messages. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We are already dreaming of planning our vacation here next summer.

Absolutely fantastic!!!
This house was our first house rental after camping for years with 2 dogs.
We could not have asked for better!! Fenced cute yard, spotless cute house, walking distance to the beach. Every little detail to make you feel welcome was put in this house! I could go on and on! Im just praying we can it again for a week next year, as it is usually booked.

Perfect Getaway Spot
Perfect location near Short Sands yet far enough away to be quiet. Mostly fenced-in yard is perfect for our dogs and the hot tub is icing on the cake. The property owner even left a rose plant on the kitchen table!
