Crazy Zebra

I would never recommend this hostel to anyone, this is not a hotel it’s a hostel.disgusting place ever,filthy and smelly🤮 They use false advertisement,building and room are not the same as the one advertised. The hostel is full of *********** and I guess it is owned by a foreigner from West Africa.very noisy and disgusting. Bedding was dirty and had holes, the floor and windows were not clean. We had to share a bathroom with the whole building, disgusting,disgusting disgusting!!!!!!! That place should be even removed from trip.com its a daily light robbery to pay for such🤮🤮🤮🤮

If there was a zero, I would rate them zero. Worst accommodation experience ever. I booked and when i got there the lady at reception advised my room was given away, she liaised with another lady that I figured was a manger and she advised the lady shows me how to cancel with Agoda. which is the booking platform I used. Because the only available room the roof fell. Firstly the receptionist is unprofessional, She takes me to another room 202 when we get there there is 2 tiny single beds the roof on the room had fallen, the room was dirty. I said I can not stay in a room like that. She non-chalantly told me to call Agoda and cancel. My phone battery was low they refused to give me a charger so I can take pictures of the room. In all that been going back and forth with Agoda and they informed me a lady they have been communicating with (Candice) from Crazy Zebra advised I was offered a another room and I stayed. This is a lie, I have been calling to speak to Candice and she is avoiding me. I don't recommend anyone staying here. I want my R791.84 and for this I am going to lay a complaint with the CPA,NCC and TGCSA not sure even if they are graded. In South Africa, false advertising and misleading business practices are prohibited under the Consumer Protection Act. (If you did not know Crazy Zebra)
