The hotel on its own is stunning,in a beautiful setting.The staff is pleasant. Unfortunately we are very disappointed with the breakfast the poached eggs arrived in a bowl of water with hash browns submerged in a water,after sending back to the kitchen only to be served exact same again.We also asked for pot of coffee and we were served coffee in a soup bowl.The management were on site at the time could have been more diligent and should supervise operations more.Although the hotel was not at all busy waiting time for quite long for services. In our room there was not enough hot water for shower for the family of four. We had to cancel our restaurant booking due to lack of choice from the menu. Overall pleasant stay but management need to up their game

My sister had her wedding at Chateau des Carasses and it was picture perfect from beginning to end. The BBQ in the woods the night before, the wedding day and the TexMex meal the next night were all excellent. The accommodation is excellent with each room in the chateau having a fully stocked kitchen. The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a dream. The staff went above and beyond for us and every person that help along the way couldn’t do more for us. No request was too big. Thank you for making our family wedding one to remember. Highly recommend to any couples for weddings or a stunningly tranquil holiday

We had a 1900 reservation on a Sunday. The kitchen was out of the lamb entree, the only meat entree. They substituted by supposedly providing more of the slow roasted lamb. Portion was tiny. The amuse bouche was tasteless. The ravioli was extremely salty and the pasta was doughy. The dessert was OK, but nothing special. So the kitchen was a great disappointment. The service was excellent. We had wine by the glass from the chateau and each was delicious. The presentation of the food was very nice, so very unfortunate that the food taste was below average.

Just had 4 days at this gorgeous chateau. Not pretentious in anyway. Friendly staff who speak good English. Grounds and pool to die for . The smell of jasmine is intoxicating . Our apartment was beautifully decorating and had everything you need for self Catering . The surrounding area has excellent restaurants within a 6 mile radius. The Chateau provides good recommendations and will book for you. Just stunning

we stayed with 70 guests for my daughter’s wedding for 4 nights.. Absolutely stunning premises, staff and facilities all first class. Cannot recommend this place enough.

My husband and I stayed at the chateau for a wedding and were thoroughly impressed with the accommodation and facilities offered onsite. The accommodation is clean, modern but retains the classical features of the chateau. The spa onsite is excellent and the massages we received were incredible. We also enjoyed an impromptu wine tasting which was offered to us as we wanted to purchase some of the wine produced by the chateau vineyards - all delicious and I am looking forward to sampling them all again now that we have brought them home.

The service was excellent. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the food. The appetizer, ravioli with shrimp, was a disappointment. The dough was thick and chewy. I am not sure I ever found the shrimp. The sauce was salty enough that I avoided it after one taste. I will say the fish was delicate and top shelf. Dessert was nothing to order agin, but passable. Our friends felt their faire was worth the price. Based on what I had I felt the price was excessive. I would not recommend the Chateau.

Beautiful setting and accommodation. We loved the activities for children. The mini farm was fantastic for the children. The pool was warm so we could also enjoy that in April.
