리셉션 직원분 친절합니다. 인근 레스토랑이나 명소도 추천받았으며, 조식도 훌륭합니다. 룸컨디션은 좋은 편 이였는데, 한가지 아쉬운건 방음은 잘 되지않습니다. 엄청 거슬릴 정돈 아니여서 쉬는데 문제는 없었습니다.

設施：漏水，洗完澡後變成水簾洞，從廁所一直蔓延到床底下。第二天早上都還全是水，可見漏水情況！首先，我被安排到了一間有嚴重故障的房間。在入住不久後，我發現房間內有漏水現象，這不僅影響了我的住宿體驗，還對我的個人物品造成了損害。更令人震驚的是，當服務人員幫我向酒店管理層反映這一問題時，得到了非常生硬的迴應。管理層不僅沒有積極解決問題，還拒絕對我因漏水造成的損失進行任何形式的賠償。 我有理由懷疑，這種不公平待遇是出於種族歧視的原因。儘管我希望這種猜測是錯誤的，但酒店管理層對待我的態度以及處理問題的方式讓我不得不懷疑這一點。説不定都是故意把有故障房間留給我們… 服務：服務人員態度友善 環境：相對來講算好 衞生：有一點臟

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with everything freshly prepared. The outdoor area was also a highlight — a lovely garden that made the atmosphere even more special

It was a very nice experience to stay at the Hotel Villa Pergola. The Hotel stuff was very willing to help, very friendly and gave us valuable insider Information about the Island Capri. The room was very clean and has nice typical furniture. The breakfast was very good, a lot to choose. We would love to return!

Beautiful place to stay . Difficulty navigating location but very kind staff come to help us . Welcome drinks in the gardens .Enza was so kind and showed us places of interest to visit . Later sent us restaurant recommendations. We were offered an upgraded room With balcony with stunning views over Capri. Pool wasn’t up and running as it was a bit early in season but expected this . Option to have breakfast in room was a lovely touch. Overall and great choice to stay very comfortable rooms and in gr8 location for central Capri . Well done to all the team for going over and above . 5* treatment x

I truly cannot say enough good things about this villa. They are absolutely PHENOMENAL, so kind and thoughtful and accommodating. I can honestly say I have never had a better experience at a hotel ever in my life. It is soooo gorgeous too, walking distance to Capri Piazetta (or whatever it’s called) and walking distance as well down to the port. If you are a bit more athletic, even back up from the port! I can assure you, you will not regret staying here. I will be back every time I come to Capri!

Dieses kleine Hotel war meine bisher schönste Erfahrung auf Capri (ich bin seit 25 Jahren regelmäßig auf der Insel).Sehr,sehr freundliches,hilfsbereites Personal.Das Hotel liegt absolut zentral,5 Minuten zur Piazzetta,ein Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür.Das Hotel liegt in einem schönen Garten und hat sogar einen kleinen,schönen Pool. Das allerschönste für mich war ein völlig unerwartetes doppeltes Upgrade vom Basiczimmer zum Riesenzimmer mit unfassbaren Ausblicken auf Napoli und den Vesuvio und dem großen Balkon mit Blick auf Capri.HERRLICH und so gut,dass ich das Angebot,mein Frühstück über WhatsApp direkt auf das Zimmer zu bestellen,sehr gerne angenommen habe.Das Frühstück ist super,alles frisch(sogar der Orangensaft,hat man selten auf Capri),eine ganz tolle Gebäckauswahl und tolle Marmelade. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt absolut genossen und komme bestimmt wieder!!!!!!Grazie!!!!

Ottima posizione a 5 min dalla mitica Piazzeta . Colazione Eccellente servita sia in camera che nel bellissimo giardino o a bordo piscina. Camera grande in stile Caprese. Staff cortese e sempre disponibile
