Best Western Caribou Inn

We stayed here while on a trip up north to visit family. The hotel was recently renovated and was everything that we could have asked for. The lobby is warm and welcoming. The staff friendly and courteous. Our room looked brand new with lots of lighting and new carpeting. Comfortable king bed. Very quiet in the section where we stayed. The bathroom was small but adequate. The shower door was a half-door which allows water to get on the floor. A bit odd but plenty of water pressure available, well lit and very clean. We ate dinner across the street at a brewery. Great location as we could walk over there no problem. We had breakfast in the hotel. Really good food and outstanding service from the wait staff. Overall this place hits all of the marks. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to the county.

The facility upgrades has been amazing. The place looks great. Unfortunately, where we were staying. The fire doors kept on slamming all night and keeping me awake as well as my guest Friday night and Saturday night.

Disappointing at best Still under some construction. Quality of materials subpar - closet unit not secured to wall, bed linens, mattress and pillows not great, not enough bath towels, no continental breakfast provided.
