"The hotel is on the second floor, similar to a hotel apartment. Parking needs to be purchased at the front desk and parked on the 3rd or 4th floor. There are plenty of parking spaces. There is air conditioning and the temperature in winter is acceptable. There are supermarkets and restaurants around, but few nearby attractions."
"The room was very spacious & very clean. Beautiful shower!Hot water straight away. Grateful for crockery and cutlery-very thoughtful. Bed was very comfortable. The pillows were of a generous amount but needed more stuffing.
I would definitely stay again"

"The interior and the shower needs to be updated, very old and outdated. The floor in the shower fills up quickly and not running down the drain fast enough which was quite unpleasant to experience. The place needs heating or a heater as it can get quite cold during the winter. The queen bed was comfortable and warm and the room was spacious for 1 person. The reception is friendly and always smiling although it would be good to know in advance if my single bedroom that I booked for another booking so I didn't have to lugged 2 luggages and my handbag with my laptop into up and down the stairs as there are no lifts. I was surprised that a woman knocked on my door at 9:45am that she was ready to get into my room when in the booking, it says check out is 10am. That made check out a very annoying experience for me. The location is great as it's a short walk to the beach and Cronulla centre."
"The worst Father’s Day stay I have had in over 50 years - the television did not work and we paid extra to have a ocean view room but when you look out all you see are high rise buildings and pine trees from the room - if you go out onto the balcony and look to the right there is the ocean - the balcony door lock did not work and was held by a hook and eye staple ( at least that reminded me of my childhood 70 years ago ) - no milk in the fridge for tea or coffee - the bath mat was a hand towel for one foot only so no chance of 4 for Father’s Day celebration - the food was good and the staff helpful and courteous - on checking out I did voice our concerns and was told the manager would be advised."
"The room is extremely clean! There is no mildew in the kitchen bathroom! From the entrance to the hotel - elevator - corridor - the room is always filled with aroma. The balcony is smoking. The car park is located on the 2nd floor next to old Joe. Debit card is available for the bond. The kitchen bathroom is fully equipped and very intimate. The bed is clean and free of disinfectant/odor! Worth recommending staying!"
"Very friendly and responsive staff. Even we were late for checkin, the staffs are still able to cater my need throughout the process.
It’s just they don’t have a hairdryer for us to use. Otherwise, they did quite a good job."
"Comfortable rooms. Insulated from outside noise. Offers commanding a view of the roundabout at Hurstville and everything taking place nearby. Good bistro downstairs - recommended the Cantonese fried rice, any of the noodle dishes, fresh prawn rolls. Inexpensive and satisfying."
"very good location, only a few mins walk from Hurtsville train station and a Westfield just right ahead the hotel. Lots of food and restaurant around the hotel. The staff was nice and efficient. Be mindful that this hotel won't provide toothbrush and slippers, need to prepare by yourself. The hotel is new and clean."
"The hotel is very close to the Hurstville subway station, with convenient transportation. The room is clean and tidy, but the sound insulation is not very good and it is a bit noisy. I fell asleep quickly because I was too tired from the flight. The hotel has its own restaurant, which has good Western-style simple meals, delicious taste and affordable price."
