La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Carlsbad - Legoland Area

I am giving this stay 3 out of 5 stars. The check-in process could be improved. The front desk clerk who checked us in was very slow, and we were given our room number without clear directions to the room or information about which side of the property it was located on. As a result, we had difficulty finding it and parked much farther away than necessary, even though closer parking was available. A quicker check-in process and better directions during check-in would greatly improve the guest experience.

You need to improve your front desk, employee rude people!!!

The short time that we were there, everything was fine.

Clean, nice to stay, however the hotel is old. Location is convenient.

It was decent and would say that it is a 3.5 rating for the price and location

離樂高樂園較近 早餐廳座位較多

很一般的酒店，像民工房一樣

帶游泳池，早餐比較可以。

The noise from the motorway is so loud that is impossible to relax or sleep. The room is musty, the handles to pull the curtain shut are greasy, curtains dirty and stained, and more than anything else, the smell of mould and pollution is unbearable. The worst hotel I have been in my life. The staff is very friendly, that's why I have given a 2 stars, or it should have been no stars.
