"The biggest problem is that the independent heater cannot be turned off, which makes it extremely noisy at night. I didn't sleep well all night and was very tortured. Another problem is that the outbound transportation is not very convenient. You need to find the boarding point at the Port authority bus terminal and learn how to use the automatic ticket vending machine or app to buy long-distance bus tickets (but the number of trains is quite dense), or It cost over $50 to take a taxi. If you don't mind these two points, there is nothing wrong with this hotel."

"I can live in New Jersey for half the price of Manhattan, and it's not far away. Is it suitable? It's next to the American Dream Mall and the big stadium. I stayed there for 10 days."

"Excellent service impressed me. I missed the breakfast , Katherine brought me , with her sweetest smile , muffins , bagels with cheese, fruits , croissants. That made my day! All staff is warm. Cleaners have the best bright smile ! There is also nice transportation to the American Dream mall as well as to the stadium. The suit is spacious and with lots of cutleries and micro oven. ."

"The entrances to the rooms face each other, so I was a little worried about being seen by others going in and out, but the bed was big, the shower had hot water, and there was a refrigerator and hair dryer. The bus to NY is often about 20 minutes late, but there are many buses. You can't use credit cards on the bus, so you need to have some coins ready or download the app to buy a ticket in advance. I think it was about $5.15 one way to NY. At night, there are no lights or people, and only trucks are passing by, so it's a little scary, but if you run from the bus stop, you can reach the hotel in about 1 minute."

"The check in process was painless, and I even arrived early. No issues. The room itself was nice and clean. I enjoyed the kitchen and it was well-stocked (silverware, plates, paper towels, etc.). The fridge was a bit small, but worked for a short stay. The bed was somewhat comfortable, pillows too soft for my liking. I did not try the breakfast, as I am dieting, but it smelled good in the lobby area, and it was very popular. I did not try out the gym, but it looked serviceable. The pool is currently closed for renovation."
