離cbd很多個打卡點都在一公里左右，樓下就有便利店，房間打掃也比較迅速 總體來説是滿意的。前台沒有中文服務哈，以供參考

房間比較小，但設施齊全。衞生打掃得一般，尤其是浴室頭髮都沒有處理。酒店前台服務很好，熱情周到。酒店周圍環境很好，交通方便。下次去墨爾本還會入住。

位置還可以，門口就是車站，但是要注意免費電車不是從這一站開始，要走一站路才行。附近華人超市飯店都能找到，去維多利亞市場也不算遠，離博物館很近。門禁刷卡才能進大門，一樓有公共休息區。房間面積有點侷促，該有的都有。隔音稍微差一點，因為樓下就是車站，關上窗户還行吧。

乾淨整潔，每天工作人員都會清理房間。麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。地理位置極佳，就在孩子公寓附近，去墨爾本市中心超級超級方便，旁邊有美麗公園，孩子很喜歡在那裡盪鞦韆，滑滑梯🛝。去墨大也超級方便。在攜程還定了墨爾本一日遊，旅行社讓去的指定地點也很近。總而言之，交通便利，去墨大，去墨爾本市中心，去維多利亞圖書館，老火車站，大教堂，唐人街，都太太方便了，出門走路即到。斜對面就是公交車站🚏，也很方便。離亞洲超市也近。
