The staff were all so lovely! Everyone was incredibly kind, and helpful!! They took such great care of me as I prepared for my class reunion. I am so grateful for their kindness.

The staff is friendly & helpful. The breakfast was good but we wished it had later hours, perhaps making it 7-10 am instead of 6-9 am. The ice machine wasn't working which was a big disappointment for a hotel. Overall, we would stay again.

Very quiet I slept like a rock no noise from the halls. Beds was comfy water was hot. I didnt try the breakfast or pool i slept to sound.

We needed to change our arrival date due to a blizzard arriving Wed. Although usual check in is by midnight they were able to accommodate a 115am arrival. Also due to the power outage Thurs in dome rooms, including ours, they were able to allow us to have another that did have power until it came on few hours later

Overall a nice place. A couple of things that could be improved:
1) Roku TV service should be simpler; very difficult for average user, especially trying to access local channels for weather and sports
2) water pressure in shower needs much improvement
