A 30 foot dock is available for those who would like to bring their own boat, jet skies, or even a kayak. It is just 10 feet out the back door of the condo with a one minute boat ride through the marina to get to Lake Erie. The spacious Florida Room is a perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the wildlife or to relax and unwind after your long, fun filled day. The Florida Room also contains a Murphy bed and pull out sofa! Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen with all of the comforts of home. The bedroom is equipped with one queen size bed, tons of storage, ceiling fan, smart tv and large closet with access to the Florida Room. Includes a washer and dryer for your use. There is a charcoal grill available in common area for your use as well. You will also have access to the in-ground pool, fishing pond and fish cleaning stations. Bring your toothbrush and swim suit and plan for an amazing time on the lake. Enjoy many local beaches and several island getaways including Put-in-Bay, Kelly's Island and South Bass Island which are all awesome day trips and accessible by riding either the Jet Express or Miller's ferry. You can also visit Cedar Point Amusement Park, one of the largest amusement parks in the US which is only 40 minutes away. For the serious fisherman the lake provides many opportunities including multiple fishing charters.
