I have some environmental sensitivities that prevent me from getting comfortable while on the road for work. I found the Budget Inn by chance and needing a long term stay I booked 3 nights as an experiment. I have been here for 3 months now. I appreciate the fact that Ethernet is available and the rooms are calm (EMF calm) and clean. The owners are MAGNIFICENT and maintain their property with respect. If, or when I return to Carthage TN I will absolutely stay here!

Okay stay
Room was bear minimum. No microwave or closet but did have fridge. Bedding was old. Room appeared clean. Nothing else close so had to stay there

Clean, a little out dated, but there were no bugs. The room was clean, the parking lot was clean, all in all, good hotel. Rates were ok.

Enjoyed the stay
Room was clean, people were friendly, customer service was amazing. No complaints other than the pillows but we travel with our own so not a problem.

Too much noise and gaming
The front desk clerks were very friendly. We were in room 112 on January 9th and my bed only had 2 pillows which seemed flatter than usual, so it was difficult for me to get comfortable. The worst part was being next door to some young guys playing video games all night, so we couldn't get to sleep until after 1 am, because they were very noisy.

Reasonable price. No frills. Older motel with new renovations. Clean but spartan with minimal creature comfort.
