First, the hotel doesn’t have the essential equipment like an iron, a kettle, or even a towel hanger. Every time I want to ask for hot water, I call the restaurant to bring me a cup of hot water! For the iron, I requested it for three times but no response. The safe closet is broken. The balcony doesn’t have a chair of coffee table. However, the staff is friendly and the the location is fine.

I use to stay a this hotel twice a year for 5 years, it was always ok not great, but ok ! The patio atmosphere and the area was making it up for the service and the room. However this time it was a nightmare, they rebook my room and i found myself without an hotel after a 9h night flight. The were making excuses and were absolutely not helpful not to say agressive. I really not recommend to stay!

Mourad made our stay so good he looked after us and made sure taxis and everyone were kind to us. He is a true hospitality king and we felt very safe with him. Thanks to the team for making us comfortable - thank you Casablanca. Make sure you head to the beach!

We found rooms to be Clean and comfortable. The Shower was great! Location was in walkable area for restaurants. We had enough space and felt safe. Breakfast cafe was pretty good food yet fairly basic. Strong coffee and kind easy going waiter were my pluses.

Des efforts à faire pour mériter ses étoiles Nous avons eu en premier lieu une petite chambre sans confort peu digne d'un tel hôtel mais, problème vite réglé pour la seconde nuit. En revanche, personnel très à l'écoute et très agréable MAIS un hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses étoiles, tout le sanitaire est à revoir, ameublement désuet, portes de secours obstruées par un matelas, ascenseur dont le fonctionnement est aléatoire....

Great place and location. Quiet and great staff

Cómodo y centrico La habitación limpia y cómoda, la cama muy cómoda. Las toallas estaban ya un poco deshilachadas pero todo correcto. Con botellitas de agua cada día de cortesía, caja fuerte en el armario de la habitación, no tiene neverita la habitación. Habitaciones cómodas y algunas con un pequeño balconcito o terraza. Muy amables en el trato y en general una estancia agradable. Centrico pero no ruidoso.

Friendly and helpful service. Lovely simple room and very nice restaurant with music. Great valet parking service. The location is ok - it is quite far to walk to the corniche. But some nice spots and neighborhoods nearby.

Excellent hôtel Excellent hôtel, le personnel est très accueillant et gentil. Le propriétaire est très charmant, il est sur place et suit de près tout. Je recommande cet hôtel et j'y reviendrai certainement.

Skip the elevator Busy part of town. Insane traffic and drivers. Nice bar with free high quality music. Strangest elevator I have ever seen. Try elevator once for the experience and then take the stairs.

Overall, a very nice hotel in a good neighbourhood
