I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience we had during our recent stay at your hotel.
Firstly, the air conditioning in our room was not working, which made our stay very uncomfortable. On top of that, the water pressure was extremely low, and we were left without any running water for an entire night. It appears the water supply issue affected the entire hotel. We repeatedly tried calling the reception desk for assistance, but no one answered the phone.
Furthermore, the breakfast arrangements were highly inadequate. A large number of athletes were directed to have breakfast in a single hall, which was overcrowded and poorly managed. The service was slow, and the amount of food provided was far from sufficient. We had to wait nearly an hour for other guests to finish their meals before we could even find space to sit and eat. Overall, the level of attention and care provided to guests was extremely disappointing.
This experience fell far below the standards one would expect from a reputable establishment. We hope you take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to improve your services for future guests.
