Bon accueil très bon rapport qualité prix dommage lave vaisselle plein et micro onde pas très propre mais comme on ne s en ai finalement pas servi c était très bien tout le reste été nickel.

We recently stayed at Pierre & Vacances Marina Empuriabrava and while the location and views were absolutely fantastic, there were a few issues that impacted our overall experience. Pros: 🌅 Unbeatable Location: The apartment overlooks the marina, offering beautiful scenery and the relaxing sight of boats passing by. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the main street and beach, with hundreds of restaurants, bars, and entertainment options nearby. 🛠️ Responsive Service: When our kettle broke, it was replaced swiftly. We also received a second key upon request, which was very convenient. 🧺 Housekeeping: Towels and sheets were replaced after a week, which was appreciated. Cons: 🚿 Maintenance Issues: The bathroom sink tap was loose and some plug sockets were missing covers. The balcony door didn’t lock, which was a concern. 🏊 Pool Cleanliness: The upstairs pool was surrounded by bird droppings and didn’t appear to be cleaned or maintained. The downstairs pool had thick green grime along the inside, which stained swimwear and children’s swimming aids. Overall, the pools felt unhygienic and neglected. 💸 Extra Charges: We paid £65 extra for a room with a balcony and £12 per day for parking, which added up quickly. 🚤 Shared Facilities: Boat residents also used the pools and vending areas, which reduced the sense of exclusivity and made the facilities feel overcrowded. Overall, the apartment has a lot of potential thanks to its prime location and scenic views, but the lack of pool maintenance and some basic upkeep issues were disappointing. With a few improvements, this could be a top-tier stay.

Très belle appartement avec 2 piscines dont une sur le toit avec vu sur la mer le personnel professionnel et accueillant un souci il vous règle dans la journée petit remarque parcontre pour 6 personnes manque de vaisselle mais vu les restaurants pas cher c'est pas très grave

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec une superbe vue sur le canal. L'appartement était très propre avec un grand confort et surtout une très très bonne literie. L'équipe est très sympathique et je tiens à les remercier vivement. Je recommande cette résidence rapport qualité/prix très correct. Le seul petit bémol c'est que les espaces extérieurs ne soient pas entretenus exemple ma voiture était garée à la place 42 juste à côté de l'entrée et dans les jardinières il y avaient plusieurs toutounettes laissées par des gens indélicats . Il faudrait + d'entretien sur l'extérieur. Daniele Audinet
