This was the most beautiful hotel. Every staff member was so helpful and friendly. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left. The restaurants and spa were 10/10. This is a great hotel to relax, enjoy the views and have amazing food. We would love to stay here again.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. I don’t think they know the word NO. The room was great. Food was delicious and the spa was excellent. The spa tub/pool was amazing with jets and a waterfall. The grounds are beautiful and the pool area very relaxing. Overall a great stay. Book with confidence. Wine tours and Siena are close by as well.

One of the best trips I had thanks to Castel Monastero. The place itself is magical, very beautiful Castel. The rooms are great and clean. However, the part that made our trip so special is the team of the hotel. They made us feel like we have family there. The restaurants are phenomenal, I had a lot of restaurants on my list but we ended up going only to the hotel restaurants. We went two nights to Contrada because we had such an amazing experience. Davide, Vittorio and Manuela are amazing- their whole team is incredible. I highly highly recommend the tasting menu- it is a whole journey.

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a nice, secluded hotel with a great pool, spa, and gym area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The first room we were given was beautiful, but at night we noticed tiny ants on the bed. Given the natural surroundings, it didn’t seem unusual. We called the front desk, and they quickly moved us to another room. The second room was perfectly clean and actually turned out to be better. It had views of both the hotel’s main entrance and the courtyard, and we preferred it because of its spacious, open layout compared to the first one. The hotel’s food was great, and the breakfast offered a good variety to start the day. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.

È la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo hotel 5 stelle lusso e, ancora una volta, è stata un’esperienza di totale comfort. La pulizia era impeccabile, grazie a un servizio di housekeeping attento e discreto. La camera era sempre fresca, ordinata e curata nei minimi dettagli. Ideale per chi cerca eleganza e igiene al massimo livello! Anche gli spazi comuni e i giardini erano curati in modo impeccabile: aree verdi ben mantenute e ambienti raffinati che riflettono lo standard di lusso dell’hotel. Sicuramente tornerò ancora in futuro.
