Borgo San Felice

Come non sentirsi accolti, loro lo sanno fare benissimo. Al di là di incomprensioni nel prenotare una spa o per un percorso enogastronomico (il più costoso) non fruibile perché andava prenotata prima per la cucina (nessuno lo dice e non è scritto da nessuna parte). Quando arriviamo in stanza ciabatte uomo/ donna…peccato che eravamo due uomini e abbiamo dovuto chiedere una rettifica…mi aspetto dopo oltre duemila euro di stanza per due notti che qualcuno controlli. Al primo ristornate dopo una cena con una bottiglia di vino da 160€ avevamo chiesto del cioccolato e hanno portato delle pepite che si usano per ornare i dolci …una manciata…caricate sul conto a 10€. Non è per i soldi visto quanto abbiamo speso in enoteca per acquistare annate particolari (una cifra da capogiro) ma per la correttezza che non dovrebbe mai mancare. Abbiamo fatto presente al cameriere il disappunto dicendo in maniera ironica “5 gocce di cioccolato” costano più del vino e lui in tutta risposta ha chiamato una sua collega chiedendo a volte alta “ah sì erano cinque gocce?” Davvero di pessimo gusto. Neppure nella peggiore trattoria. Il giorno dopo al bar chiediamo un bottiglia di vino prezzata 150 euro ma che la sera prima costava 100. Lo faccio presente e mi dicono che è stato un errore di battitura!!!! Intanto ci lasciano al tavolo 40 minuti ad aspettare dei sandwich. Un incubo. Ora immagino la risposta di “ci dispiace, torni a trovarci”. Neppure regalato. Arrangiati.

This resort is perfect! I have never experienced this attention to detail. Great value! Beautiful! There are two restaurants. One is Michelin rated the other is more casual. There is a pool with bar. There is an winery/wine tasting tour you can take

Beautiful property!

My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon. The property is extremely beautiful and well kept, like out of a painting. The staff is polite attentive and welcoming. Spa treatments were very good. We didn’t even have good weather and we would highly recommend.

The best part of our trip to Italy! I cannot rave enough about this beautiful place. The staff was beyond wonderful. The accommodations were lovely. The grounds were well kept. This was the most beautiful experience of our entire trip. We forgot our bug repellent and anti itch cream and the staff went out of their way to bring us some! Our babymoon was celebrated at the hotel’s Michelin restaurant and it was delightful and well worth it in my opinion. Everything was plated exquisitely and the chef was inventive and came out to greet all of the guests! We also tried the other restaurant, which also showcased vegetables and homegrown food from the property! The artichokes were the extraordinary! The breakfast was the largest spread, with delicious food and I looked forward to it every single morning, outside overlooking the beautiful trees and rolling hills. Again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book a stay here and we hope to return someday!

Amazing location in the countryside of Tuscany. Close to several medieval towns such as Siena. Also centrally located to access lots of wineries in Chianti, Montepulciano, and Multicino. Spectacular property and buildings on an active winery and farm. Incredible food and outstanding and friendly service.
