房間寬敞，服務非常親切，泳池和桑拿也非常舒服，一切都剛剛好。酒店的位置十分友好，就在休斯高原，附近也有景色優美的環線徒步路線，夏季特別適合。

被Alpina驚艷到 才決定了此行的🇮🇹多洛米蒂之行 雖然是秋天 但依然很舒服😌 花1000多歐住一晚 也是get到了✌️歐洲土豪的生活狀態 融入大自然的自由🆓 一早起來 看到阿爾卑斯山 就宛如陷入了電影🎬和一幅幅油畫中 這不是瑞士🇨🇭不是新疆 是意大利🇮🇹的Dolomites

Heerlijk hotel in de Dolomieten, ideaal voor ski in, ski out, aan de voet van de skiliften. Wij hebben er een week gelogeerd. Voor de ski fanaten zijn er in de kelder lockers waar je je ski materiaal kan laten opbergen, laten opbergen want de mensen van het hotel doen dat voor jouw, deze lockers ( 1 per kamer) zijn te openen met de kamer sleutel. Verder kan je ook ter plaatse het materiaal huren. De kamers zijn groot en uitgerust met een zeer grote badkamer en uitgebreide kasten om alles op te bergen, het kingsize bed is uitstekend. Het hotel beschikt over een uitgebreide spa met indoor/outdoor zwembad van 29°C, heerlijk. Ook het aanbod aan massages is uitgebreid. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en zeer gevarieerd ,met zicht op de pistes, lunch hadden we in het Alpina chalet dat ook tot het hotel behoort en dat via onderaardse gangen bereikbaar is, ze hebben een uitgebreide kaart. Verder is er een mooie bar met zicht op de bergen en een een pool tafel, voor de rokers is er een aparte ruimte. Dinner is een zaak van keuzes, je hebt het gewone restaurant met 1 vaste kaart en een dagmenu die je naar wens door elkaar kan mixen, je hebt een uitstekend visrestaurant ( op tijd reserveren) en ook een avond grill in de chalet, het eten was uitstekend, het personeel zeer attent en vriendelijk. Best of the best in all aspects, location, comfort, service top level. Skiing experience on a different level. Directly ski in and out, Gianni at ski service absolutely amazing, front desk very friendly and professional. We will be back again.

Cuatro días en este maravilloso hotel en medio de un impresionante paisaje. La decoración es preciosa, la tranquilidad , la comida de sus tres restaurantes o la piscina exterior hacen no querer marcharte nunca. Se sale a las pistas con los esquís puestos directamente del hotel. El personal muy simpático y servicial. Agradecer a Valentina en recepción su ayuda con un problema que tuvimos con nuestro coche. Una cosa a tener en cuenta: llegando por carretera mejor no seguir Google maps pues te lleva a Bulla hasta una camino sin acceso. Hay que llegar a Castelrotto y después subir a Alpe di Siusi. Creo que debería haber mejores indicaciones para llegar al hotel.

The staff was super friendly and attentive. We went during the shoulder season but the service and amenities were maintained at a very high level. Food was excellent. Great location and a welcoming place to relax after some hard hikes. We hired Alex to help guide us on a mountain e-bike tour. So much fun! Highly recommend.

If this is your first time visiting this hotel, you will love it. Beautiful hotel, delicious food and extremely attentive and friendly staff. We've been coming to this hotel in the Fall for the last few years and it has always been a Heaven on Earth experience for us. Under the new ownership, many things have changed and we miss the hotel we knew and loved. The new decor is pretty over the top with blue hues and the dining experience felt not as welcoming and warm. No table linens and less food choices for both breakfast and dinner but still adequate. We still had a good experience, just not the experience we were used to. The rooms are great and remain mostly unchanged. We were bummed to see they got rid of the lit up birch tree wall in the bathrooms but the rest of the room was beautiful and the addition of the complimentary mini bar was a bonus. All in all, we had a wonderful time but miss the decor and ambience before the renovation. The front desk staff, wait staff, valet and other staff were top notch, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The older I get the higher my bar gets for hotels. We have stayed at some pretty outstanding places but this one was SHEER PERFECTION. The staff, wonderful. The food outstanding and so much of ot. An enormous breakfast buffet and complimentary small lunch Buffet of sandwiches and snacks for after your hikes (loved this!. Our restaurant & room service meals were some of the best meals I have had in my life. Gorgeous & soacious rooms overlooking the Dolomites. The spa area with 4 saunes, indoor outdoor pool and huge gym with everything you could possibly need. Every little small nuance was covered. We ended up canceling our next hotel and booking extra nights here because we did not want to ever leave. Truly a remarkable stay and we will be back. Special love to Anna the absolutely wonderful concierge, the amazing wait staff, both of our 6:00 pm Sauna guides.

We had an amazing stay at Alpina Dolomites! Stayed at a terrace room and enjoyed a large terrace with great views of Schlern and Sasso Lungo. Stellar service from the moment we arrived. We arrived pretty late at 9PM and Anna at the front desk made sure to inform the kitchen to expect us for dinner. It was very thoughtful and a great start to our vacation. Luxurious room with a cozy sitting area, desk, amazing bedding (one of the best I've experienced), well-stocked in-room mini bar with many complimentary options - nuts, chips, chocolates, coffee and tea, still and sparkling water - all replenished daily. Large bathroom with shower and tub, double sinks, kept consistently warm and comfortable. Plush robes and slippers are provided. No in-room iron but we requested and was provided immediately for our stay. No AC in the room and we requested for a fan and it was provided as well. During our stay in July, the mountain air was cool and made the room comfortable. Breakfast was amazing - great buffet and we were able to order cappuccino and eggs ala carte. Dinner with our half board was a 4 course meal with 3 menus that we selected from - 1 menu that changed daily and 2 fixed menus that remained unchanged. A salad buffet was also available, with great choices as well. Service in the restaurant was always attentive and exceptional. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Alpina Dolomites and highly recommend it!!!

Wir waren das zweite Mal im Alpina Dolomites, allerdings das erste Mal nach dem Eigentümerwechsel. Aufgrund der bereits bestehenden Bewertungen hatten wir kleine Bedenken, ob es uns wieder so gut gefallen würde. Diese waren aber absolut unbegründet. Es ist und bleibt ein tolles Hotel - ob nun mit oder ohne blauen Dekoelementen. Ja, uns hat das neue Farbkonzept auch nicht angesprochen, aber dies ist für uns in der Gesamtbewertung zu vernachlässigen. Das Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sind sehr sauber. Das Zimmer hat eine tolle Größe und einen wundervollen Blick auf die Seiser Alm. Die Qualität von Speisen und Getränken war gut. Auch im Chalet. Hier konnten wir keine Veränderungen zu unserem letzten Aufenthalt feststellen - wie von anderen Gästen beschrieben. Bei einem Essen in einem der anderen Restaurants wird der Preis für die Halbpension angerechnet. Sehr fair! Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr großzügig, sauber und schön. Sie haben ihn jeden Tag als kleine Familie genutzt. Kinder dürfen den Pool von 10-18 Uhr besuchen. Der Sauna Bereich (Adults only) ist zwischen 14 und 17 Uhr angenehm leer. Es gibt auch einen Spielraum für Kinder, den unsere Tochter intensiv genutzt hat (inkl. Bällebad). Dieser soll in diesem Jahr umgebaut werden. Für unsere Tochter mit 2 Jahren derzeit absolut ausreichend. Der Service war überall (Check-In, Restaurants, Check-Out) sehr freundlich und bemüht. Ein i-Tüpfelchen wäre für uns eine gewisse Herzlichkeit bei allen Mitarbeitenden. Das ist aber auch schwer, weil die Gäste sehr international sind und jeder etwas anderes erwartet. Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder.
