The Manor House Hotel and Golf Club

I had a really good time and I was glad to you all guys looked after us very well !!! The staff was really nice and we had a nice good suite (Horse tyning) it was amazing and foods was really nice. we had a Manor dining at the evening and the morning breakfast it’s was really nice and delicious …. Then after we went to see Cotswold villages and the cottages and walked around the hotel surrounding including the Italian garden and the village church ⛪️ hotel was really really nice . Everything arranged very well for us !!! Again thank you so much Rachael and the team…. Champika.

Beautiful settings,however we were exeperiencing a heat wave and rooms do not have AC it was extremely hot at night to sleep. Other than that a very lovely experience .

Just returned from my couple of days visit to The Manor House and wow, it certainly did not disappoint! The village itself is like stepping into a painting – so picturesque it was almost surreal. The Hotel had that same feel. Set within stunning grounds, the hotel is magnificent. My room was spacious, comfortable and bursting with character. And the bathroom…particularly impressive. What really made it special though, was the team. From the moment I checked in, everyone from reception to the F&B staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The food was good, no complaints there at all. It was a serene experience for me and I was able to switch off and relax, which was the main objective of this trip. I look forward to returning there.

Wonderful 5-star hotel, immersed in a centuries-old park, it feels like living on the scene of a movie, everything was perfect. Just outside the gate you are in the streets of Castle Combe. Ample parking and excellent aperitifs. We also tried dinner at the hotel restaurant and it didn’t satisfy me too much, especially the service that in a structure of this level should be the top.

Probably one of the most photographed Manor House and rightly so. From the moment when you drive up to this place it all feels so magical. It quickly transports you back to a time and imagining what it must have been like reaching to this place. We decided to book a stay over the bank holiday weekend on a whim after visiting the area, and the dedicated Guest Services team, with a particular huge SHOUT OUT GOING TO LAURA she really made sure that our stay is memorable, not least for the upgrade thank you very much, but all in all from the booking to arrival everything was just wonderful and perfect. I don't think it could have been any better even if we/they tried hard enough. For us this resembled a perfect weekend getaway from the stresses of London and one that we would book again in a heartbeat. We opted for the Dine & Stay, and we are so glad that we did. The Michelin Dining experience under the marvellous chef was exceptional. The food and the flavours are a burst of joy in your mouth with every mouthful. An experience not to be missed. Having eated Michelin food in France on many occassions, I can safely say with confidence that this is en par and up there with similar experiences. Given the time of year, it was also magical with the gorgeous views surrounding the manor house. The bedrooms are a place that transports you and everything about it is exceptional. One only wishes to stay there permanently. The breakfasts are exceptional and it is a great way to start the day whether going for a walk around the forests or elsewhere. Overall, a wonderful wonderful stay and we are already looking forward to when we will be back. We really like to thank hugely our guest services member Laura for ensuring that our stay is one to remember. Kudos and well done. Of course, the rest of the teams in the hotel, from the cocktail bar, to the restaurant, and the kitchen have all played a part in ensuring a memorable stay.

Oh my gosh what an experience- a true home from home. The staff are so attentive and welcoming. The rooms are amazing - each individually styled with the most wonderful bathrooms. We visited for my daughter’s wedding and the whole 3 days were amazing, the food excellent and the grounds wonderful. We really couldn’t fault the staff, grounds and food. Very highly recommended.
