Lovely hotel right in the thick of it.
Nothing too much trouble for the staff.
Will definitely use this hotel again when visiting Cardiff.

We arrived at Cardiff Central by train, which is 15mins walking to this Premier Inn. It was very welcoming and staff friendly, rooms clean, with as much tea and coffee, which you took from the travellers store at the main entrance. My only gripe is as I have dietary requirements, They couldn't cater for them and had to make do with what was on offer. No gluten free food at night, Only what I would call general burgers, lasagne, steak battered fish and chips. Only veg on offer was peas. In this day and age Hotels need to cater for a variety of people's health conditions. Vegan/vegetarians are not Gluten free or Ibs sufferers or Celiacs. Which are complicated problems. It would be helpful if they offered something which could be adapted. .

From the moment I stepped through the door,I felt welco.e. I was checked in by Massiel and Maria who were very friendly and informative. They helped me sort out early checking,which was brilliant. My Premier Plus room was massive, clean and the bed was so comfortable. I was on 9th floor and the view was amazing. Had breakfast this morning which was awesome. Credit to the breakfast host Ashley as he was very friendly and has put me in a good mood for the day ahead. Highly recommended

Early check in was very beneficial after a 6am flight! Beds were super comfy and additional bedding request was dealt with promptly. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Having Guest Services such as extra tea/coffee, irons etc available 24hr in reception is great.

We stayed here when we came to watch the premier league of darts and location was super convenient for the arena. Check in was a pain as the self check in didn't work for us and they were under staffed. Room good size, only 1 bath towel in a double room?? Another pain going back down to reception before we could shower. Had a drink at the bar after darts which was nice. Bed was comfy and slept well. Breakfast was really good, chef sorted us vege sausages and bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns, mushrooms, tomates, beans all hot & good coffee and pastries. We took advantage of the locker facility both on arrival in Cardiff and after check out which was fab. Discounted ncp parking (code on reception desk) worked for us.
