No tables in restaurant left it late my fault Terri was great and sorted me a table in the bar area She was polite and learnt a new walk why delivering the food Thanks you for making my stay fun Food was great and the new burgers are great. Will be back

Booked this hotel for a 2 day work trip in Leeds. PI is always a preference, stayed in many and always pretty good. This one was located right next door to the station - only 30 min journey into Leeds. Quite a few restaurant options at Xscape opposite. I was booked into a Premier Plus room - seems a little bigger than standard rooms plus you get a fridge with a couple of bottles of water - other than that the rest of the room was pretty much standard. My room was at the front and overlooked the Xscape complex and very large car park. Come bed time on both evenings from 9pm onwards it was just awful - the car park had turned into a race track with cars revving up with v loud exhausts, the drivers doing donuts along with multiple horns being sounded. I had to check I had closed the window as it was so loud. This went on for nearly 2 hours on both nights. I know it is not the hotels fault but it ruined my stay. On top of this on the second night there were kids running up and down the corridors shouting quite late in the evening. I will stay in a PI again but not this one and will be cautious in future of locations and surrounding area. Would recommend if anyone does stay then ask for a room at the back that does not overlook the complex - be aware there is the train line but not a busy one
