"We spent 4 days in hotel Parque Quilquilco and enjoyed every minute. The staff is kind and helpful and was always willing to cater to our needs. Sol and Priscilla at the desk had a wonderful disposition. In the restaurant we want to highlight the service of Diego Fernández. Diego speaks excellent English and is proactive, kind and dilligent. He went out of his way to get the special food my husband needed. He really made a difference. We also loved our beautifully decorated, warm bedroom, nice hot shower and gorgeous views of the Cove and meadows. If you plan to visit Chiloé be sure to stay at Parque Quilquilco."

"I was lucky enough to have a room overlooking the estuary and spent hours watching the birds and water coming and going. Such a peaceful place to stay. All the hotel staff are friendly and welcoming and breakfasts are generous and tasty. Also recommend the restaurant which has food to match the wonderful views."

"أحب هذا المكان، ليس فقط لأن الخليج يمتد لحياة الطيور، ولكن لأن المكان سلمي جدا. الناس الذين يعملون هنا لطيفون ووديون بشكل ملحوظ. الطعام لذيذ- من السهل ان يكون بعض من افضل الاطباق التي تناولتها خلال الاسبوعين الماضيين في شيلي- وسخاء- من قسم الاستقبال. الغرف رائعة- النوافذ ضخمة تطل على مرسى العشب وخارجه على خليج نعمة. اشعة الشمس تضخم. غروب الشمس تضخم اكثر. لقد بقيت هنا مرتين لمدة 5 ليال في كل مرة وإذا جلبني العمل إلى شيلويا سوف أبقى هنا مرة أخرى. فبراير هو الوقت المثالي، ولكن أود أن آتي في ديسمبر عندما يكون أكثر سلمية."

"If you have a reservation at this hotel, cancel it! If you have already paid, demand a refund! If you are considering this hotel as an option for your stay in Castro, look for another place to stay! I am a frequent traveler for professional and personal reasons. I spend three-quarters of my year away from home. And I can say that in this hotel I had the worst experience of my life as a guest! And all because, after arriving at midnight the day before, I was 10 minutes past the checkout time. Literally, the woman in charge of cleaning the hotel - and one of her sons, who must be a minor and I don't know if he can legally be working in this place - pushed me out of the hotel. I hope this message is read by the owners and managers of the hotel: that woman is NOT in a position to attend to anyone; She does NOT have the capacity OR the willingness to attend to people and work in a space of hospitality. These people CANNOT be working in this place."
