This is a tricky one.
When you book better contact with the hotel in advance or will have some minor setbacks for checking in, since you need to get a hold of the lobby personnel to gain access to the main buidling.
The staff was super friendly, provided great recommendations on what to see, what to do and very polite.
The location is superb since you can see most of the area by just walking.
At first glance didn’t seem like it would be a good option, since the area and the main building are a bit old… but turned out to be way better than the expectations.

Centrally located and exceptionally clean place for all your Catania needs. Tons of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Many close parking options (need an app to pay) if needed. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful (Giovanni) with lots of tips to do/see and eat

Great and central location for exploring Catania! Easy checkin process and staff (Giovanni and Valeria) are pros at making me feel welcome and at helping me find great places to eat and to do in the area. Rooms were immaculately clean. I would stay here again!

This accommodation was fantastic. Very modern and clean. Located in a beautiful old heritage building within the old city area of Catania. The bed was very comfortable, the room was extremely clean and serviced daily. Giovanni and Valeria were wonderful hosts, going out their way to look after us. There was a lovely ambience to the stay at this beautiful place. Would definitely stay here again an recommend it to anyone.

Great little guest house in a very central location. Staff were extremely helpful, arranging remote check in as my flight arrived after the reception closed and providing detailed orientation information. Delicious breakfast (you need to pre-order) and very comfortable room - I had a single room and it was a good size with a lovely en suite. Highly recommend! It was very good value for money

We booked a balcony room, the “balcony” was barely bigger than the size of my foot, not worth the upgrade at all. The room was clean and got cleaned daily. A little sketchy checking in as you need to go through 3 locked doors (unlocked with a key fob) an elevator with a key code, and then a normal key to get into your room. Much, much different than a hotel. With that being said, the staff was super friendly and nice and the owner did give us some really good recommendations for places to eat during our stay.

Dramatic and comfortable
Incredible entry late at night. Very Bond in Cuba. Spooky great worn arches and giant doors with3 separate entry systems to work through. Finally revealing gorgeous stairwell opening into lovely modern renovation. Glamorous well equipped and comfortable. Staff were incredibly helpful too . Loved it
