Super 8 by Wyndham Roanoke VA

The only thing good about this property is the location it’s less than 5 miles from our fave dinner and dancing spot that we frequent when in town. There is never anyone at the front desk, the entrance lobby and hallways are dirty and dingy, the housekeeping team is horrible they leave smudges on all mirrors and glass, the towels are old and stained, the toilet tissue is not even a new roll, shower curtains broken, floors and carpets feel sticky and crummy. Shall I go on! The front of the property looks like meth head heaven to include the staff on the afternoon and evening. Run down lack of management and good ownership. As I said it’s located where I need to be so we stay to go dancing Saturday nights no more no less!

Disgusting hotel.. before making reservation through *******, I called hotel and they said open 24hrs. When I reached at 1am this hotel, no one was at front desk. I spent almost 2hrs calling hotel, ******* and hotel group customer service. No one showed up and I had find another hotel and work on refund. It was frustrating. Try to avoid these hotels managed by a specific group or people( you should be able understand) who makes this hotel industry worst which creates loosing trust on over all hotel service industry in great America

Not maintained. Bathroom faciloties broken. No sink stopper. White bread and jam is NOTbreakfast. Bed was comfortable.
