The environment is good during the day. There is a bar downstairs. The hostess is very polite. I arrived late. She found my materials from the guest information and told the password to open the door, which was smooth Hygienic: No problem, very clean, the room is not big, there is a separate bathroom, booked a single room suitable for one person Other pictures show local castles and street buildings in Cardiff"

"Service was top-notched. As a hilton gold member, i was given complimentary upgrade to the King Junior Suite. We had access to the lounge as well. Overall, it was an amazing stay. Would definitely comeby again next time."

"I really enjoyed my stay overall. The location was fantastic—on a beautiful street—and the hotel building itself is stunning. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a very kind Italian gentleman, which gave me a great first impression. My room, though located in a separate area, was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. Everything looked fresh and well thought out. However, I was disappointed to find visible stains on the bed sheets. While I believe they had been washed, the stains hadn’t come out and the sheets were still used, which didn’t match the high standard the rest of the hotel presented. I think they should have replaced them. Another minor inconvenience was the bathroom light, which was automatic and triggered the extractor fan. This meant that even during the night, using the bathroom caused the noisy fan to stay on for a while, which could’ve been avoided with a manual light switch, in my opinion. Despite these issues, the stay was mostly very positive, but I can’t give a full five stars because of the sheets. Hopefully this can be improved for future guests."

"I recently stayed at the Leonardo Hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. While the room was clean and well-presented, the noise levels were unbearable. Throughout the night, we were disturbed by the sounds of voices from the adjacent rooms and the floor above us was consistently creaking as guests moved around. When I mentioned these issues to the receptionist during checkout, I was disappointed by the lack of response or apology. Overall, this affected the quality of my stay significantly, and I do not intend to return. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel."
