房間服務景色溝通都滿分，尤其是景色值得一提，下次還會帶孩子家人來這邊遊玩，最好帶個風箏，這邊的海風非常適合放風箏

Perfekter Zeltplatz, zuvorkommender Service, nicht zu viele Gäste pro Fläche, grosszügige Poolanlage - ein perfekter Augenthalt. Plätze sind grosszügig bemessen und schattig, kurzer Weg zum Meer, eigene Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm erlaubt.

We’ve stayed at Ca'Pasquali Village four times — but this was, unfortunately, the first time we left disappointed. Even when you book well in advance (7 months in our case), pay full price with no discounts, request specific tent pitches and get written confirmation, you might still end up on the worst spot in the entire campsite. I understand that requested locations aren’t guaranteed, and I accept that. But placing guests next to a noisy electrical transformer — where it’s nearly impossible to sleep — feels like a mockery and a lack of respect for the customer. We made our reservation and paid the deposit back in December, asking for two adjacent pitches in the back of the campsite — the same ones we had in previous years. This request was confirmed in our December communication. I understand this is not a guarantee, but we had always received the requested spots in the past. So you can imagine our surprise when we arrived and found out that not only were our pitches not next to each other, but the promised location wasn’t honored either. We ended up in alley 33, right next to the pool. The noise from the pool was tolerable, but what really bothered us was the wall with the transformer. During the day, we didn’t notice it much, but at night it became loud and pulsed periodically. Sleeping next to it was practically impossible. In my opinion, this spot shouldn’t even be available for guests — it should be part of a service area. And in fact, it was used that way: maintenance staff were frequently nearby and sometimes parked their electric service carts partially on our plot. Eventually, we solved the problem by moving the tents to a nearby plot in alley 34 (with reception’s approval) and used the original plot for car parking. A definite downgrade from what we had booked and expected. Later during our stay, I received a satisfaction survey. I explained the entire situation and hoped someone would reach out — maybe with an apology or compensation offer. Nothing happened — not even a simple acknowledgment. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the end. On the fourth night, we heard a strange sound. With help from neighbors and their flashlight, we discovered a cracked tree branch (25 cm thick) directly above our tent. We quickly carried our children out. I’ll never forget the fear in their eyes. A friend informed the night staff, who responded immediately and gave us a bungalow for the night. By morning, the branch had been removed — only sawdust remained. The situation ended well, but it raises serious concerns about safety and tree maintenance. A branch like that doesn’t break overnight. Are regular checks and trimming being done before the season?

Wir hatten uns einen Bungalow des Typs Torcello Platinum für eine Woche gemietet.Die Anlage selbst und auch der Strand sind sehr gepflegt.Das Schwimmbad ist abwechlungsreich mit 3 Wasserrutschten,4 Becken mit verschiedenen Wasserriefentiefen und einer Bar.Der Strand ist übersichtlich und verläuft am Anfang flach ins Meer hinein,somit auch für kleinere Kinder gut geeignet.Wir hatten uns für die Halbpension entschieden und haben es nicht bereut.Das Frühstück ist abwechlungsreich und ich glaube es findet jeder etwas,ebenso das Abendessen.Zu erwähnen ist das man Abends zusätlich zu dem Buffet noch Pizza bestellen kann.Softgetränke und Wein sind pro Kopf eines inbegriffen,Wasser kann unbegrenzt dazubestellt werden.Das Personal war freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.Jetzt konnem wir zu den Punkten die uns nicht so gut gefallen haben.Das Bad im Bungalow hatte ca 3 qm,zu zweit sich aufzuhalten unmöglich,generell war der Bungalow recht billig gebaut was man auch merkte.Die Mardratzen sind nur 80cm breit wie sonst üblich 90,da unser Kleiner bei uns im Doppelbett schlief wurde es recht eng.Auch hatte man für 5 Personen kaum die Möglichkeit alles was man im Koffer hatte irgendwo zu verstauen.Die liegen am Pool sind nicht kostenlos und schlagen mit 18€ pro Tag zu buche.Auch gibt es weder am Strand oder Pool ein Wc,so muss man jedesmal entweder zum Bungalow oder zu den zentral gelegenen Sanitäranlagen laufen.Im Speisesaal kann es recht schnell laut und heiß werden,da könnte man auch mit entsprechenden Maßnahmen etwas Verbesserung bewirken.Die Anlage selbst ist empfehlenswert,nur die Bungalows könnten für den Preis deutlich besser sein.Das ist auch der Punkt der uns am meisten störte und warum wir warscheinlich nicht noch einmal hier buchen werden.

Camping en camping car entre la mer et la piscine. Le silence est respecté après 23h et jusqu'à 10h. La piscine est gigantesque et spectaculaire. Dommage que les bains de soleil soient payants. La plage de sable fin est un rêve pour tous . Les sanitaires sont très belle entretenus et le restaurant est de bonne qualité. Il y a une supérette , les prix y sont un peu chers sauf pour les fruits et légumes locaux .

Familien welche schon mehrmals bei Ihnen waren solte man im Auge behalten. Wir waren dieses Jahr schon das 4 mal da jedoch musdten wir feststellen das leider das den Camping nicht interessiert. Man sollte so gut es geht die Wünsche welche bereits im Vorderjahr mit der Buchung gewündcht wurden berücksichtigt werden. Man sollte auch am Empfang mehr Fingespitzen gefühl zeigen und krinen Massentourismus betreiben und dieses Gefühl dem Kunden Leider war dies bei uns der Fall und das war sehr schade.
