GREAT STAY Was really amazing stay the breakfast was lovely the area of the hotel is quite rural compared to the main town being 2km away. There is construction work going on nearby currently but it’s not noisy at all just ruins the aesthetic. it is quite dark in the rooms as it’s a cave experience but some of the bulbs didn’t work for some of the lights and the WiFi had a few issues that were not resolved in our short stay but the room was FANTASTIC exactly as pictures describe the hot tub was amazing

Excellent service, beautiful place, wonderful attention. Good location and close to well-known places. You can see the balloons from the hotel. Recommended 100% The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, comfortable and clean rooms

Nice, tidy, clean rooms, very friendly staff. Only reason i couldnt give 5 stars is water in the shower was not really hot and the pressure of the water was low, it makes you want to shower as quick as possible. And there was not much options for breakfast.

Trip Hazard I have several concerns with this hotel. Prima Cappadocia. Mainly health and safety issues despite repeatedly raising these concerns with them. Absolutely nothing was done to rectify the situation. For eg on one of the terraces near my bedroom, there was a drainage hole on the floor that had been left open which I tripped and fell into it causing me to graze and bruise my ankle. I had to put a table around it to stop other people from falling into it as well. The hotel management did not bother about it. Power Cut Repeated power failures throughout the Saturday and the Sunday of our stay occurred during these evenings. One of those failures happened whilst I was in the shower. A sudden power failure occurred whilst I was showering. The shower wall bracket was broken (again this was mentioned but nothing was done) - the shower head fell and landed on the hot/cold lever of the shower which scolded my feet which burnt and left marks on my toes. Picture attached as proof of evidence to support my statement. My friends informed the hotel owner about this and yet the shower bracket was not fixed. Cave was dark, power of the water was too high, water was on it was boiling water you had to step aside to stop getting burnt. Asked for extra heater he said he would bring it but never happened asked what happened and asked for another room, he said he doesn’t have another room saw a lot of people check out which meant there was a room available which he didn’t give to me. Was cold and couldn’t sleep in the room, she had to sleep with me.
