Low quality presentation, not cleaned properly, room not prepared, missing remote for AC etc etc

Used to be a reasonable last year,
Seems 3 staff standing behind desk mobile phones handy, I wonder what they actually do,….possibly they be better off cleaning, checking and preparing rooms ?

A good hotel to stay for a night before/after the flight from Cebu. Walking distance from a big shopping mall where you can find a lot of nice restaurants
