Mandarin Plaza Hotel

The hotel is a solid choice for business travelers. It’s conveniently located, especially if you’re in town for corporate meetings. While the rooms aren’t anything special, they’re decent—you basically get what’s shown in the photos. I didn’t use the Wi-Fi because the instructions were unclear, so I recommend asking the front desk for help to avoid any hassle. The best part for me is the location—it’s right in the middle of malls and restaurants, which makes everything accessible. One thing to note: bring your own bottled water. The water in the room didn’t taste clean. Breakfast is average, but for the price, it’s worth it. Overall, I’d stay here again for the convenience, but next time, I’ll be sure to bring my own water.

I went to stay in this hotel because I had to go to the Chinese consulate. The front desk people were so helpful when I needed to print and photocopy lots of documents. The area is also in front of Ayala malls which I like.

Nice stay, room was clean though they are strict with check in time we were there 12 PM early check in is not possible so we wait and then try again and asked at 2:55 PM, the lady at the front desk is not that friendly and told us the room is still not ready and will call us once ready. 3:10 PM still no update so I asked again another front desk personnel, this time it was a guy who gave me the key card. The room was ready all along but no initiative from them to update us.

服務部分，從前台、早餐服務生、退房時確認的工作人員，態度都很親切且嘴上掛微笑。 地點部分，對面就是AYALA MALL,步行五到十分鐘，很方便。 房間部分，乾淨、無異味、而硬體設備有點老舊但還堪用。 早餐餐點，自助式早餐但選擇不多。 飯店設施，游泳池這次沒去使用，故不評論。 整體而言，我覺得依這個價格，已經算是很划算了！若下次再去宿霧，還會優先選擇。

Excellent hotel!

Good location. Close to Chinese and American consulates. Not far from Ayala Mall with many restaurant options. Know ahead of time that there was a 2000 Piso security deposit, which caught me by surprise. A bit high even by non-Philippines standards. It was refunded with no problems at the end of the stay.
