"good location, big hotel, good food but pricey for what it is, terrible wifi, had to leave my room for reception"

"Cleanliness (3/5): The cleanliness of the accommodation was OK. Housekeeping maintained the rooms and common areas in a spotless condition throughout my stay. But ung CR is 2/5, shower head is Iw. Service: (4/5). : Kuya Gaurd is actively helping, But Hotel check out is too early and cannot extended even 30mins only. Amenities (4/5): The in-room amenities were top-notch, from the modern flat-screen TV. The work desk and high-speed Wi-Fi were particularly useful for my business needs. However, I would have appreciated more variety in bathroom toiletries. Views (4/5): Depending on the room, some offer fantastic views of the cityscape, while others provide a pleasant view of the hotel. It would have been ideal to have more rooms with scenic city views. Quiet and Relaxing (5/5): One of the standout features was how quiet and relaxing the rooms were. Despite being in a bustling city, I could unwind and focus without any disturbances, which is a significant plus for business travelers. In summary, St. Mark Hotel's accommodation exceeded my expectations. The rooms were not only spacious and comfortable but also meticulously maintained. "Every thing is perfect, except the The smart Tv , I have to leave and check out the hotel because of the smart TV , the smart TV in the room have to use a mouse to Change the movies in Netflix , and it is very uncomfortable to use the mouse in the bed , the staff was very professional and very helpful especially the young lady at the lobby, she was very nice and professional, she fully refund me the full amount and she apologized, I love the hotel and I appreciate the staff , everything was perfect except the TV , hopefully they can fix this issue soon , looking forward to go back to 88th Avenue once the TV issue fixed 😁"

"My family and I stayed at the Simmit Galleria for one night to celebrate my baby's 3-month birthday. So far, our stay there was okay, we were able to use their pool. My baby really liked their pool and their restaurant, which is small and their food was okay too."

"Located right beside SM City Mall with a side stairs that closed at 12am. There is Starbucks there also ! The shower water taste ok unlike another resort I stayed which is salty. Hotel in the middle of everything like mall / clubs / restaurants. Recommend it. Cons: called for room service at 10pm but take a long time to pick up. Also take some time to send up the stuffs we requested for. Also the toilet flush is very weak so I wouldn’t recommend you to throw any tissue in. Oh ya and there is a 7-11 nearby maybe 5-6 mins walk but I think it’s abit scammy. Only can paid by cash and also 1 night when I only have limited cash while the staff scanned the items. He told me I cannot remove the item or else he have to pay with his own pocket money ??? And told us to withdraw money. So we withdraw and paid and I even confirmed with the hotel staff, they told me the cashier can just remove the item in the system and do not need to use their own pocket money to cover."

The rooms we rented were not only lovely but also immaculately clean - a huge plus for our out-of-town guests. I highly recommend Parklane Hotel Cebu for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options. But what truly made our experience special was the warm and welcoming staff - they went above and beyond to make our wedding day unforgettable."
