Every single team member was polite, attentive, and genuinely friendly – you could feel their commitment to making every guest's experience memorable. The beach itself is stunning – clean, serene, and perfect for both relaxation and fun. Whether you’re looking to take a peaceful morning walk by the shore, soak up the sun, or dive into the clear waters, Anaya’s beachfront delivers paradise on every level. Now let’s talk about the food – WOW! Every meal we had was delicious, freshly prepared, and served with a smile. There’s a great variety on the menu, and each dish tasted like it was made with love and care. Even with a large group, every order was handled smoothly and served on time. The rooms and facilities were also top-notch – clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This place exceeded our expectations in every possible way. If you're looking for the perfect beach escape with great food, excellent service, and a peaceful atmosphere, Anaya Beach Resort is the place to be. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment we arrived, we didn't feel welcomed. The overall atmosphere of the resort was unwelcoming, and the service provided was below par. The staff did not accompany us to our room, leaving us feeling lost and confused. We had initially booked a fan room online, but it was unbearably hot due to the slow fan. We attempted to upgrade to an air-conditioned room, but the resort was fully booked due to a wedding anniversary event, resulting in a noisy environment throughout the entire resort. Furthermore, the beach was not well-maintained and appeared dirty. Despite the low tide, I couldn't help but notice the disappointing condition of the beach at Anaya Beach Resort. In comparison to other resorts we visited, it appeared neglected and unkempt. It seemed like nobody was actively maintaining the beachfront area, which was disheartening to see. The air-conditioning in our room was ineffective, leaving us uncomfortable. Due to these issues, we decided not to stay for the first night and sought accommodation at Marlins Resort instead. Regrettably, we cannot recommend Anaya Beach Resort based on our experience. Additionally, when we inquired about motorbike rental, we were directed to find one outside the resort ourselves. There’s brown out one night of our stay. No alternative source of electricity during brown out.

Номер уютный,но очень маленький. тесный. Шумоизоляция плохая. Темный. Кондиционер старый. Отель расположен на береговой линии. Рядом порт. На выходные очень много приезжает компании местных. Ведут себя шумно,весело. Могут веселится всю ночь. Любят петь в караоке и газовать мопедами. Отель не для длительного отдыха.

Mattresses are well maintain neat and pillows are super comfortable. Enjoy the warm welcome of the Sun in front of the beach. Food specially SILOG very affordable and other dishes like seafoods. Jofel helps us every single day we stay at the beach. All the receptionist, restaurant servers and staff are great. Anaya is near at the port it takes 5mins.

The room and the whole place was clean & tidy. Satisfied with what we pay.

Stayed at Anaya for 4 days and 3 nights. Air Conditioning - Disappointing: There is an air conditioner in the room, but it barely cooled the space. We kept everything closed—bathroom, windows, door—yet felt little relief. This was the major letdown of our stay. Location - Excellent: The location is fantastic, right on the front beach and close to MJ Square. It's easy to flag down trikes anywhere. Restaurant - Underwhelming: On our first day, we had a late lunch at the hotel restaurant. It was both our first and last meal there. The portions were small and didn't offer good value for money. Amenities - Lacking: There's no electric kettle or fridge in the room. We had to fetch water from the restaurant for noodles, coffee, or drinking. It's about 20-30 steps away, but trudging through sand at night was inconvenient, especially since the restaurant closes at 10 pm. We had to ask the guard twice to refill the water dispenser. Overall, while the location is great, the lack of adequate air conditioning and basic amenities made our stay less enjoyable.

Unbelievable! Our confirmed AND paid reservation via Agoda just got cancelled by the resort three weeks prior to arrival claiming they are fully booked leaving our Xmas plans up in limbo! Reasoning was there is a “ditch” in their system. Lol. It is obvious that this place is managed by amateurs resp. low IQ’d individuals.. A place to avoid!

The air conditioning was extremely loud and the Wi-Fi on the room was nonexistent. The food and drink in the “bar/restaurant” was expensive.

Good value for money For the price it is a good option. A nice location on the beach, although we found the water a bit smelly and with some carbage. And the sand was not so good, but you can just walk in the water for a bit for nicer conditions. Ok beach bar. The huts have good air-condition, functioning wifi, hot water in the shower and ok beds. Good value for money. Security guard that checks when you come and leave..feels secure.
