A mixed experience... Booked for two nights, however plan changed and I informed the hotel while check in that please request 1 day early check out while I request to trip.Com for same and refund for second night. Staff was nice to assist.
Trip replied that they await property approval for refund and I waited.. So it was property side kept delaying as I finally conclude now.#*
Upon getting in room it wasn't an ambience of a pleasant feeling where n how it should be in a 4 star, not close to the 4 star qualities, adding up was a noisy youth groups check in and had noises jumping and running, knocking doors till past midnight corridors and neighbor rooms., I made several complains to reception and had some improvement and got some sleep. If their CCTV working, footage of these will all be available to verify.
In the morning, property reception informed me, as an apology to the noises and my experience of stay, they would approve early checkout refund request. I was please to their acknowledgement and checkout by midday.
Received an email following at night 9.xx pm from Trip.com about the refund request rejection by property. So it appears to be a big lie to guest.#*
I would like to have trip.com act to this professionally and have verification done.
Will Thank Trip.com if they this is verified as request.
