Stayed one night at DoubleTree Jakarta Diponegoro and had a great time. Check-in was smooth and I loved the welcome cookie. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed.
In the morning, I enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pool before breakfast – such a relaxing way to start the day. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide range of options.
Great location near Cikini Station, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely come back for a longer stay next time!

The hotel was a little dated and could use some updating. The food, however, was fantastic — both the in-room dining and breakfast were excellent. The surrounding area has plenty of charming cafes and restaurants to explore. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming, as was the restaurant hostess.

This is my second time to have staycation here. The hotel is very kids friendly. All the facilities are well maintained. The occupancy is always above the average. The situation is always crowded and full of guests. The cookies are always be special for the guest.

did not opt for handicap/ wheelchair room but ended up gotten that sort of room at level 5. room is not much bigger than the other rooms. just hope that we could actually get a higher floor as the toilet layout is so much better
