Acclaim Pine Grove Holiday Park

The kindness of the owners / staff was exceptional. Will be returning back to Aclaim Pine Grove, when next visiting Esperance. Terry.

There was marks on the walls, doors and furniture. Spiderwebs and spiders in the cabin . Dirty furniture, outdoor chairs and table was full of dirt.

-I do not recommend any Acclaim Holiday Parks. The owners J & S Chacko are before a matter with the State Administrative Tribunal. The owners evicted near 100 mainly pensioners from Kingsway Caravan Park in 2009. Question; did the owners J&S Chacko pay compensation to near 100 mainly pensioners from Kingsway caravan park when they evicted them in 2009??? NO!

Our problems there start since the first minute, we’ve got there 2pm on Saturday the office suppose to be open but not! We called the number and the manager answer with no kindness at all! He said a message in my phone to access the box, there is no message so he came outside and said can you come and check what’s wrong, it was their mistake none sent a message. We settle in our site, everything really old nothing like the images here or any other searching. Day 3 we left our site 10 am and we come back 3pm our caravan was damaged inside and outside, we call the manager and the only thing he did was gave us a incident report to filling up and call the police,he also said it is our own risk to the let the caravan there he can’t do anything. he close the office and let us there without any assistance, no even help to fix some parts to us spend the night, we need a ladder we try to call him and he didn’t answer. The caravan park has no surveillance our site was close to the office someone was drifting with the cord stuck for while it probably make a lot of noise (it is marks on the grass) and the noise of the structure breaking as well but no one saw it, no one went there check the noise.

Comfortable Stay The staff were friendly & welcoming. Although the 2 bedroom cabin we stayed in was an older cabin, it was very clean, comfortable, had clean bedding & sufficient kitchenware to prepare & consume meals. The location wasn't too far from town & the beaches. Overall, an enjoyable stay.
