"Upon arrival, we noticed that the exteriors were seriously neglected. We booked a suite (at €169). Big disappointment, it's just a very large room! Nothing to sit on (just an armchair in a corner) yet there is plenty of room for a table and two chairs or even a lounge! No fridge, drinks are placed on a piece of furniture! However, the bedding is very good quality! The bathroom is not heated, the toilet leaks profusely, and to top it all off, the window overlooking the outbuildings at the back and the staff parking lot is very large but has neither blinds nor curtains... Hello privacy!!! The restaurant: it's cold, the tables are devoid of any decoration (tablecloths, placemats, flowers, candles...) We were brought an amuse bouche still frozen in the center, our starters arrived cold, we repacked them, and came back barely warm, the same for the dishes! And on top of that, there's no taste interest, really very mediocre! The staff is very, very young and completely lacking in professionalism!!! Breakfast: staff absent, but we notice that we have to go and help ourselves in the bar on the other side of the reception. There are eggs but no more bacon, the smoked salmon and the fruit salad are turning brown! The pastries are frozen! On the other hand, there is a very beautiful collection of works of art, as well as cobwebs. To top it all off: our bill was never sent to us as promised! QUID"

"Check-in was inconvenient. There was no one at the front desk at night. I arrived at 23:00 and waited for an hour and a half outside in 12-degree temperature. I called Ctrip customer service before I found a waiter to check in. Other guests are given a pass code when they make their reservation, which can be used to open the parking lot, hotel gate and room door. But I didn't get this code when I booked on Ctrip. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service helped me handle it seriously and efficiently. Thumbs up for this👍"

"This hotel is run by fraudsters. They deliberately double charge for already prepaid reservation. They pretend it’s a mistake and tell you they’ll make a refund. They never make a refund and will ignore any request or email. I advise everyone to be extra cautious if you do end up staying here!"

"الفندق جدا مريح ومريح وفي جميع الغرف واجهه موقف للسياره. مازال هذا مستوى خدمة ادنى، ولكن مستوى الجودة / السعر صحيح جدا. يقع هذا الفندق في منطقة جيدة. ولكن نظرا للسعر المنخفض، فإنه ليس سيئا للغاية. الموقع على مقربة من محور في منطقة من الحي، وعلى أبواب ماكون. وبالتالي فإنه يقع على خيول بين المدينة وجميع قرى الخمور الصغيرة حولها، وعلى باب Beujolais، ويمكن الوصول بسرعة إلى كل من الجانبين. الغرف مؤثثة بشكل جيد. تحتوي كل غرفة مكيفة الهواء على تكييف الهواء، كما تتوفر خدمة واي فاي مجانية في الغرف. تحتوي كل غرفة مكيفة الهواء على غلاية كهرب الفندق جدا مريح ومريح وانصح فيه بشده الفندق جدا مريح نفسيا الغرف تنقصها الراحة النفسية."
