The cozy living area has an open floor plan, complete with a wood-burning stove, hardwood floors, and a large country kitchen. Grill out on the front patio while enjoying the outdoor fire pit. Then unwind for the evening enjoying the dark wilderness; taking in the stars as the greatness of the Milky Way seems to almost be within reach.Area features:Routt county is a mecca for the country's best snowmobiling and hunting.. Horseback riding, snowmobiling, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, hunting and snowshoeing are just some of the activities right outside your door. The Elk, Yampa and Little Snake rivers are only a short drive for some fantastic fly fishing. The Zirkel National Forest is located right in your backyard for some incredible hiking and wildlife spotting. Additionally, Steamboat Lake is only a scenic 10 minute drive, and the house comes with an inflatable row boat and two canoes to use. Please bring straps to transport the vessels if you plan on taking them to the lake. We just ask that you please put everything back as it was when you found it.
