I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Advantages: super localization, great masseuse, sauna, place to sit outside, very gentle staff. Unfortunately there are no animations at all, only breakfast included in price, no free drinks, no attractions in the evening.

Spędziliśmy tydzień w hotelu Meridiana i niestety nie możemy polecić tego miejsca. Otrzymaliśmy pokój na parterze, w ciągu komunikacyjnym prowadzącym do SPA i naprzeciwko siłowni. Z jednej strony słychać było gości idących na basen i biegające dzieci, z drugiej – hałas z restauracji na zewnątrz. Odpoczynek był praktycznie niemożliwy. Pomimo trzykrotnych próśb o zmianę pokoju, jedyną propozycją była dopłata 4000 zł za apartament na dwie ostatnie noce. Pokój również odbiegał od zdjęć na stronie – standard był niższy niż się spodziewaliśmy. WiFi w hotelu praktycznie nie działało, co uniemożliwiało jakąkolwiek pracę czy kontakt online. Co ciekawe, pobliska restauracja po drugiej stronie ulicy rozwiązała ten problem bez problemu. Pierwszego dnia zamówiliśmy kolację za ok. 500 zł – kilka przystawek, drinki, woda – i poprosiliśmy o szklankę lodu do pokoju. Zostaliśmy poinformowani, że kosztuje to 10 zł. Nigdy wcześniej nie spotkaliśmy się z taką opłatą w hotelu czterogwiazdkowym. Jedzenie również nie zachwycało, więc kolejne dni stołowaliśmy się poza hotelem. Wieczorami restauracja miała bardzo umiarkowany ruch, co może świadczyć o ogólnym poziomie usług. Często odwiedzamy półwysep i mamy porównanie z innymi hotelami – niestety Meridiana wypada bardzo słabo. Nie wrócimy i nie polecamy.

Z 4 gwiazdek tylko widok na Zatokę. Reszta... parking na 30 samochodów, czyli mniej więcej połowa zapotrzebowania. W łazience, z prysznica leci pod takim ciśnieniem, że trudno wykąpać chomika. Pokój zamówiony na 3 osoby, pościel i ręczniki dla 2. Basen lodowaty. Sauny czynne od 17... No i jedzenie. Moim zdaniem, cały personel restauracji do wymiany. Nie dość, że jedzenie takie samo przez cały weekend, to połowa bemarów pusta. Za każdym razem trzeba prosić o uzupełnienie pieczywa, roladek, jajek. Za każdym razem prośba o cierpliwość. Potrzebna jest, bo ani razu nie doczekaliśmy się dostawy. Zero owoców, soku, tylko woda i kawa. Dla dzieci jak znalazł. Klimatyzacja nastawiona na ciągłe grzanie. W pokoju jak w saunie. Jedyne wyjście to zakręcić kaloryfer i spać przy otwartym oknie. Pokój dla dzieci... dla trojga maksymalnie. Pokój ciasny. Grzyby w kabinie. A to wersja de luxe... strach pomyśleć, jak wygląda standard. Nie wrócimy.
