Best Chamonix-Mont-Blanc Hotels

"I was originally looking forward to staying in this hotel and booked a larger room. Later, they gave us a small ordinary room. I complained to the hotel and it was not the room I booked. They later changed me to a larger room. The room was on the third floor. The staff at the door of the hotel was probably an inexperienced waiter. He spoke very unpleasantly and rolled his eyes. The waiter downstairs also said, ”This is the room you booked. I really Very speechless! Later, when I saw the photos, I realized that I had not booked it. Of course, the hotel apologized and gave me a small bottle of champagne, but the experience was also very bad! I wanted to go to the SPA again, but the waiter said that our hotel was very full. I asked for a long time but got no reply. I asked again the next morning, and there was actually a seat! Very bad experience at this hotel, nothing like a five star hotel, will never come back again! 🤦🏻♀️🥲"

"Great accommodation choice, the wooden house is warm and beautiful, there is a large balcony with mountain views, great views, kitchen, fully equipped, very like the hotel, and stayed for one night."

"The house is not located in a small town, but the transportation is convenient. Bus No. 2 and Skibus No. 15 are very convenient. It is close to the forest and the river. There are good hiking trails on both sides of the hotel. The breakfast is good, the hot water is good, the bed is new, and the design is reasonable. The guy at the front desk is honest and down-to-earth, but the aunt is just average. The roommate is also very quiet. It is unexpectedly good."

"Pool wasnt warm so wasnt as nice as I had hoped. Would if loved a sauna at the hotel over a jacuzzi, that again wasnt warm. Good breakfast! Definitely worth the extra to get you fuelled for the slopes. I 100% would recommend hiring a car, we managed to venture to other ski slopes and get home when we wanted to rather than having to go vis the bus timetable. The bus stop is on the hotel grounds though so not too bad. Not walking distance to the slopes. The hotel staff were great. Gave some good advise on getting over to Italy for the a day, we had the mont blanc ultimate pass and was totally worth it to visit Italy and the wider slopes. The ski shop gentleman was amazing, super helpful. Well worth the money to stay there."

"Lovely hotel with excellent service and friendly staff. Very affordable and Close to everything. We were offered to use sauna by ourselves for an hour as long as you book ahead. Highly recommended."

"Very nice wooden hotel, very historical, the service staff is very nice, to help bring things to the room for introduction, also sent us honeymoon champagne and a fine snack. Breakfast is also great, the restaurant is Michelin two stars. Not many people have limited rooms, it is a very French fine hotel."

"It was the perfect couple stay. The hotel is not in the city centre, it’s just next to the gold club. The view is amazing. The room have chalet vibes which was soo nice and cozy. They had a spa and sauna which was free to use for guests and it was soo nice. I can’t stress enough on the beauty of the view. Would 100 recommend and go back."

"Booked this hotel for a night as the hotel we were staying at was fully booked. Nice room overseeing the mountains and the main stretch of shops from the balcony. Very convenient to get food since there are are many restaurants just right in front of the hotel. Hotel restaurant is nice and not expensive."
