Location was good. Food was average and other facilities were good. However The Hotel should pay for parking which is a very small amount. The customer need not pay.

Location of hotel is great and people there were polite enough for my late checkin.
Also helped keeping my baggage when I had to go for some office work.

Washroom is not proper clean & Room refrigerator is not working. You should purchase cold water at high cost in summer.

Property's location ....is xcellent nd services are also very quick .....i like it very much ...
We have visited chandigarh.....i prefer to stay here only

The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, the rooms were filthy with stained sheets and a musty smell, and the promised amenities. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. My experience was very bad with staff. Me and my friend stay for night in the mornig my brother was coming to meet me but the hotel staff not give the permission to meet him and the hotel staff said if you want to meet to your brother you go out side

I stayed for one night and found the room is clean and nice, as well as the location being central near to all 17 sectors. The team is fantastic, especially Surinder and the breakfast service team; I can't remember the name of the receptionist. extremely professional and helpful Thank you all, and I hope to see you soon. Breakfast spread is a concern. There should be cereals, fruits, and idli sambar as the basic breakfast. The rest is fine.
