Reaching the resort itself felt like entering a scenic paradise—calm, serene, and absolutely stunning. The location is unbeatable, with panoramic mountain views that instantly soothe the soul. The resort is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Wellness facilities like the massage, sauna, and steam rooms were excellent—clean, relaxing, and professionally managed. Food was another highlight. Whether it was à la carte or buffet, everything was delicious and well-prepared. The buffet spread at dinner and breakfast easily rivals, if not surpasses, that of other 4-5 star resorts near Kathmandu. The infinity pool deserves a special mention. Set against the backdrop of rolling clouds and majestic mountains, it perfectly embodies Nepal’s title as “heaven on earth.” Service throughout was outstanding—the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. One important tip: unlike resorts in Nagarkot or Dhulikhel, which often require costly private transport, Chandragiri Hills Resort is easily accessible from Kathmandu via ride-hailing apps for under NPR 1,000. That convenience adds real value to the experience. In short, this place offers a perfect blend of luxury, nature, and accessibility. Highly recommended!
