"Here comes my review for Irai Safari Retreat. I could not wait to write about it. The resort has very nice, tidy and spacious tents. Food is the USP here. It’s simply awesome with varieties of cuisines. Staffs (Ganesh, Praful, Atul, Vaibhav, Mangesh, and Lala) are friendly and well mannered, and take great interest to interact with customers and help them out. They helped us in getting best possible tour to the Jungle and we were very lucky enough to spot 4 tigers. Post Safari, we enjoyed swimming at the resort. All these luxuries comes here within an affordable cost which is surprising and I would recommend this place to anyone looking forward to have best possible trip to Tadoba. "Our first visit to India. I was not looking forward to my travels after having my visa being rejected and last minute stress trying to get a new visa. Wagoba was our 2nd Tiger Reserve on our 34 day Tiger Safari trip. We were welcomed and looked after very well, upon arrival and through out our 4 day stay, From the GM Amit, Naturalists, dining staff, house keeping, practically ALL staff that worked here were always with a smile and most helpful and friendly , nothing was too much trouble. There was always staff around to make sure, their guests are well looked after. Rooms, spacious and very comfortable, we have traveled extensively, mostly in Africa, and we found Wagoba lodge as good or even better!!! Thank you for a memorable stay, we will be back for another visit."

"I would highly recommend this property for your visit to Tadoba. From the experience with the sales personnel to hotel staff it was all just delightful. The place is a clean, well kept property with caring staff and super value for money. The food and service is also of a much better standard than my other experiences at such locations. They were kind enough to fulfill special requests on menus! All requests for services from any department were attended to promptly! I will definitely go back here and stick with them at other parks where they have a presence!"

"This was our second stay at Red Earth to spend time with Jeswin and Jezreena Kingsley, who manage the Lodge. Both are exceptional Naturalists who devoted much of their time to being with us and taking us on safaris (11) at various gates of the Reserve. Red Earth prides itself on being eco-friendly, and the property and rooms exude that atmosphere. While "unpretentious," the rooms are comfortable, as is the bed. The bathroom is outside, but covered and netted for insects, has hot and cold running water, and affords great views of the night stars. We flew into Nagpur from Bengaluru and were met by a driver for the 3.5-hour drive to the Lodge. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Jeswin and Jezreena and the staff with a cold drink and a hot towel and then shown to our room. Overall, the property is well-maintained and the restaurant serves excellent food. There is a nice swimming pool. Since we are seasoned international travelers and have stayed at Red Earth in 2025, we knew what to expect in terms of amenities. However, we suggest that the wardrobe, which is in the bathroom, be moved into the bedroom for convenience. Red Earth sits off the main road near Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve, is eco-friendly and employs local staff. Since tigers and leopards at times roam the area, one needs to be careful at night and heed the advice of the staff. Regarding safaris into the Reserve, rather than being tiger-centric (as many are), there is much to observe and enjoy in the jungle ... many species of birds, Indian Gaur, Spotted Deer, Wild Dogs, wild boar, and many more. Tiger sightings are spectacular! A final comment .. all of the staff are well trained, committed to, and are very guest-oriented, which reflects the excellent leadership and management by Jeswin and Jezreena. A must for anyone's bucket list ..."
