房間很棒，衞生不錯，有陽台，能觀賞到風景。能在神鹿峯住一宿玩兩天。
美中不足就是酒店的礦泉水供應不足，入住第二天上午沒有補充礦泉水。有小寶寶的不建議入住，因為第二天中午12點退房，無法延遲到14點，孩子無法午睡。和酒店前台溝通時，一位男士回覆的是：12點酒店系統自動扣費，無法延期。和松花湖王子酒店、國信南山温泉等親子酒店相比，還是有一定差距的。
和去年相比，增加了海盜船、大擺錘等動力項目，也有低幼玩的海盜船、轉轉杯、飛椅等，景區也很人性化，1.2米以下的寶貝簽協議也允許玩，很棒。特別表揚一下兔子飛船的操作員，特別為顧客考慮，服務超級nice。
酒店贈送的早餐也不錯，雖然趕上8-9點的用餐高峯期，座位有點不夠，偶爾會有個別食品沒有的情況，但是餐廳的服務還是很給力的。服務人員一直都忙着擦桌子、上菜。在特別忙碌的情況下依然能保持服務優良的態度，超讚的。
整體體驗還是非常不錯滴！

整體都很好，前台服務人員也很好，客房服務人員也很好，環境不錯，適合帶孩子住，景區裏遊玩也很方便～唯一美中不足，應該樓上空調機的聲音，咕隆響了一陣，改善下，別的都很好，歡迎大家入住我們大美春城的神鹿峯！

這次神鹿峯之行太驚喜啦！神鹿峯酒店的位置就在景區裏面，玩累了隨時能回酒店休息，第二天還能接着玩，特別方便。
房間寬敞又乾淨，房間裏的設施也很新，該有的都有，智能設備用起來超方便，體驗感直接拉滿。
酒店的服務也沒得説！前台辦理入住速度很快，還貼心地給我推薦了景區好玩的地方。早餐種類豐富，食材新鮮。
酒店的公共區域環境特別好，户外泳池乾淨清澈，再欣賞着周圍的美景，愜意極了。還有小童樂園，帶娃的家長完全不用擔心孩子無聊。
這次在神鹿峯酒店住得太舒服啦，也推薦給大家，來神鹿峯玩一定要住這兒！

房間從裝潢風格到入住體驗都比較好，雖然是親子房，但沒有配備小童牙刷，拖鞋，浴巾等小童用品，這相教高端親子酒店入住感稍有欠缺。洗澡時，水會從淋浴間流到客廳，好在地磚防滑，吸水巾已經完全不夠。優點是一票全含，山頂溶洞啊鞦韆棧道，觀光車，遊樂設施一價全含。就花錢買了鴿子食和小鹿餅乾，還有日常三餐，價格不貴但是新鮮成度一般，胡蘿蔔不讓喂小鹿了，總體體驗感還是很好的，山裡空氣很好，還有很多漂亮的小生物，驚喜的是竟然沒那麼多蚊子。工作人員也很有責任感，突然下雨，發放免費雨衣，離得遠的乘客還會開電瓶車送回酒店，點贊。

帶着小朋友一起來玩的，入住神鹿峯景區的酒店就非常方便，可以不用排隊走酒店預訂通道，入住相當於玩兩天，前台的欣欣全程引導，服務貼心。
總體感覺房間很乾凈，舒適度也很好，還給小朋友準備了小童洗護用品，景區吃飯很方便，餐廳可以吃飯東北菜價格可以接受，景區還有商業街可以吃麪條之類的。
整個景區二消的項目非常少，95%衹要排隊就可以免費玩，上山下山的擺渡車也是免費的，非常方便。

第二次去神鹿峯了，上次也是住的這家酒店，酒店環境特別好，景區風景也很美，這個季節去特別適合帶孩子，長者家人一起出遊，山裡的空氣也非常清新，前台欣欣服務特別好上次過來也是她接待的，以後有空休息還會帶孩子過去今年還新增加了很多遊玩項目點贊

非常感謝前台小雨，我是外省來旅遊的，幫我在隔壁我媽媽住的普通房間延時退房，我們很滿意了。就餐：酒店自帶餐廳做的清蒸魚非常顯嫩！！幹鍋菜花也可以，醬茄子不錯 拌飯很香。（商業街的飯店有個家常菜齁鹹慎重吧，最好選擇連鎖的。）
遊玩：記得在始發站坐觀光車，免費的。不要花10塊錢坐小火車，衹給送到半山腰。
