Changchun Erdao District Hotels

I went there for my wife’s birthday. Just to give her a relax time. Partly it was a disaster the room cards were not working properly I had to ask them twice to change them. I parked my bike outside the hotel and the guards moved it and wrote a note me that I can’t park there in the hotels parking area. The staff of the hotel have no control over their own parking space. I felt it’ was really discriminating and partially racist. The room was extremely hot and the AC doesn’t work to make it cool. They had to provided fans and it was loud and uncomfortable to sleep. but the hotel tried to make up for what happened apologized. I appreciate the apology. But being one of the best branded hotels I expected better. I have stayed in holiday inn many times and this was so far the most unpleasant stay. I did tell the hotel staff my review of the hotel won’t be pleasant and they said it’s ok so guess they didn’t care about much what happened.

The room is clean and hygienic, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the room type was upgraded when it was not peak season. The welcome fruit was very considerate. The room is very warm and cute. The children like it very much. We have prepared a series of small dinosaurs for the children.
