北城世紀金源服務非常好。工號：6302值班經理像“活地圖”，不僅幫我規劃周邊遊路線，還貼心準備了本地美食攻略。前台小姐姐笑容燦爛如陽光，辦理入住高效又熱情，還送了提供了酒店周邊導覽圖。客房服務更是絕了！床品柔軟如雲朵，連枕頭都提供多種硬度選擇。最驚喜的是晚上回來發現房間被悄悄佈置成“歡迎回家”主題，歡迎水果和手寫卡片超暖心。整個團隊專業又充滿人情味，下次來這兒必須鎖定這家酒店！

這次入住酒店體驗堪稱完美，從服務細節到硬件設施都令人印象深刻，尤其值得稱讚的是酒店員工的用心和專業。值班經理6302主動服務讓人暖心。由於航班延誤到達，值班經理胡經理已提前在大堂等候，主動幫忙提行李，還貼心升級了房型。期間因工作需要臨時打印文件，他立刻協調商務中心加班處理，高效解決問題。前台團隊專業且細緻。辦理入住時，前台小陳不僅快速完成手續，還主動介紹周邊景點和交通訊息，並根據我的需求推薦了安靜樓層。退房時遺漏了充電線，前台第一時間聯繫並快遞寄回，服務超出預期。客房體驗舒適度高。房間採用智能控制系統，床墊是金可兒品牌，枕頭提供軟硬兩種選擇。衞生間乾濕分離，備品選用歐舒丹系列。最驚喜的是每晚都有不同主題的晚安甜點和手寫卡片，細節滿滿。自助餐豐富多樣。早餐包含現磨咖啡、手工麪點和當地特色小吃，晚餐海鮮檔口有提供甜蝦花螺，廚師現場烹飪。服務員會主動詢問口味偏好，並推薦當季菜品，用餐氛圍輕鬆愉快。酒店整體環境優雅靜謐，公共區域香氛舒適，適合商務出差和家庭出遊。延遲退房至14點:很棒

房間挺不錯，挺大的，我這個人無論住哪都喜歡看看軍事頻道或者當地電視，遙控器上的灰塵還是蠻明顯的，現在也確實很少人看電視了，入住當天是我的陽曆生日，送了果盤，這一點確實挺意外的，其實剛開始看很多人評價這家酒店飲用水收費我是計劃退來着，我本人也挺喜歡泡個茶啥的，雙人間最多供應4瓶肯定是不夠喝的，如果不是這個果盤，我想以實際入住體驗分數不會高。還有早餐，明明有披薩，拿出來拍了半天照片，就是不上餐枱，已經吃完的也不會及時補充。
