"The hygiene was not good; there were bloodstains on both sheets. After calling the front desk, a cleaning lady came and changed the sheets and sheets immediately. The hotel environment was nice, but the soundproofing in the rooms was poor. The front desk informed us that the standard rooms were all facing the street, and the noise from passing cars at night was quite loud, waking me up several times and preventing me from getting a good rest. The hotel's "Xiaodu" smart device was a good feature."

"I came here with friends and our child. The room was comfortable, and most importantly, the facilities were great. We could eat local specialties, including a full bamboo feast, and also enjoy hot springs and karaoke. The only downside was that it wasn't the right season. "I stayed at this newly opened hotel for four days during the National Day holiday. Facilities: Since it's new, everything was okay. However!! The elevator was terrible; you had to wait a very long time to get on in the morning. If there was a banquet at the restaurant downstairs, you just had to wait. Cleanliness: One night when I returned, I found my room hadn't been cleaned, and there wasn't even any replenished bottled water. This was the first time I'd encountered this situation in so many hotels. I called the front desk, and they coldly replied, "Oh, maybe we were busy and forgot," without a single word of apology. After waiting for almost half an hour, someone came, did a quick clean of the bathroom, and said, "Anyway, you're going to sleep soon, so I won't make the bed." Even if the bed didn't need to be made, shouldn't the guests have asked? From the front desk to the housekeeping, is this how your service industry is? 👎👎👎 The service was extremely inadequate. The breakfast was very bland. I'm not particularly picky about food, but this breakfast was really disappointing. I ended up eating noodles outside. The soundproofing was terrible. I needed to wear earplugs to sleep so I wouldn't be woken up by the sound of doors closing early in the morning. Anyway, I'll never come back to Changning."

"The twin room had very large beds and comfortable bedding, plus an electric blanket. There was air conditioning in the room and the hotel had an elevator. The food was delicious. The hotel environment was very quiet, with parking, a washing machine, an outdoor restaurant, a swimming pool, and a play area for children. The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful; they reminded guests to take umbrellas and be careful of slippery roads on rainy days. When taking orders, after knowing what guests liked, they also proactively reminded guests that they could add extra items for free."

"Originally I needed to go to Yibin for work, but after finishing the trip I didn’t want to waste this opportunity, so I went to Shunan Bamboo Sea to travel with friends. Originally I only booked a double room, but I wanted to experience their loft, so I booked an additional room. All I can say is: I won’t regret it! This kind of all-wooden B&B feels warm and comfortable when I stay in it. Maybe it’s because the Chinese people love wooden structures. The housekeeper said that it snows every winter, and I will come back then ~ because of the I really like the real fire fireplace. Imagine the snow falling outside the window, and I roast sweet potatoes in front of the fireplace - life is really beautiful There is also a bar in his house, and I had a drink with my friends. To be honest, I didn’t expect there to be such a comfortable B&B in Zhuhai, Shunan. We asked the housekeeper to make us a cup of coffee to take away, and we were very energetic when we walked to the Bamboo Sea Bamboo Sea Observation Deck. I want to help the boss promote it, but I don’t want to reveal this great place to too many people because there are not many rooms and I’m afraid I won’t be able to grab it next time~ Ps, their catering really shocked me. The braised pig’s trotters soup pot is so delicious! It's a perfect match with fresh bamboo shoots and dried bamboo shoots. I almost want to buy their bacon and go home. I’m still savoring the oily aroma of the bacon."

"We booked two rooms for two adults and two children, aged 16 and 4. The hotel is small, very cosy, and surrounded by a beautiful bamboo forest. The nature around it is stunning, with fresh air and a wonderful sense of peace and quiet. It is the kind of place where you really feel at one with nature. There are many different natural attractions nearby, as well as walking trails. In the mornings we went running through the forest, during the day we explored the surrounding area, and in the evenings we enjoyed swimming in the pool. The hotel itself is very cosy, the rooms are spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds, excellent bed linen, good curtains and air conditioning allowed everyone to sleep incredibly well, almost like when we were children. The hotel has a beautiful warm swimming pool, which is carefully looked after by the staff every day. The water also appears to be continuously refreshed. A good breakfast was included in the room rate. There were eggs, porridge, noodles, oat or coconut milk, and several other dishes. It was more than enough for us, and everything was excellent. We also had dinner at the hotel. On the first evening we ordered far too much because the portions are very generous, especially the soup. Even though the staff warned us that it would be too much food for us, we only removed one dish from our order! Everything was delicious and we really enjoyed it, especially the shredded pork with bamboo shoots and the huge portion of assorted mushrooms from the local bamboo forest. The food at the hotel is very well prepared. Many thanks to the young woman who looked after us during our meals, and to everyone who cooked for us! By the way, after they found out that I love dumplings, they twice brought me additional portions as a complimentary treat. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help. They are a major part of what makes this hotel a place you genuinely want to return to again and again. Thank you very much from Sergey, Natalia, Maria and Anastasia from Kazakhstan!"
