The room was very good, but the toilet seat was stained. I wiped it myself. Ctrip checked in early, but there was nothing I could do about it before the room was vacated. I had to swipe a card to enter the toilet downstairs. I couldn't use it until I checked in. I called again after three o'clock to ask when I would check in.
