設施：21年裝修的酒店，一次性用品很多比如潤膚露，但是沒有一次性刮鬍刀。
衞生：裝修符合園區風格
環境：可以在房間零距離觀看錶演，超預期！

帶小孩來長沙玩，景區設施見仁見智就不多説了，但入住體驗還是有一個從糟糕到驚悚的過程。
首先，一開始入住，前台告知因為衞生沒做好，無法入住，要兩點半以後再説。因為小孩暈車過來，天氣也熱，反覆溝通之後，説是幫忙升級了房型，才得以入住。
然後，進到房間，本來感覺一切都還好。突然聽到窗户上有動靜。抬頭一看，是一衹可愛又靈活的小老鼠，在窗簾桿的兩端來回嬉戲，時不時還跳到地板上來巡視領地。我嚇得汗毛倒豎，小孩更是站在椅子上不敢下來。
趕緊打電話，前台説馬上過來處理，結果一直沒人來。好在保潔阿姨過來趕緊給我們直接換了一個住處。如果不是大老遠過來，恐怕也無法用來都來了勸自己留下。
最後是第二天離住。十二點打電話給前台派車過來接一下，結果打了三次電話，都是説要派車，卻等不到。直到快到12點40左右，眼看要延誤高鐵了。我們衹能自己提包去前台退房。走了三分之二看到接的車來了，接車小哥人挺不錯，説是前台小妹不大靠譜，還告訴我們有地鐵可以去高鐵站。
